β β β β β Sent fine watch (IWC) for reparation. After 3 months wait, I decided to stop by the shop and ask the status of the repair. The owner impolitely said that he send an email (he never did, there are other stories of this happening at this place) and return me an un-repaired watch. When I asked why this was not repaired the owner got offended and told me that they do not bother with old watches. (my watch is an early 1990s alarm/worldtime/date complication with a movement cal.635 mecaquartz IWC also used in jagger le coultre watches from the same period)In conclusion I would not recommend this experience to anybody...
AN UPDATE
A couple of days later I sent the watch to a professional service certified by IWC, they diagnosed that watch, told me what was wrong and also they told me that mounting and un-mounting was done with little care. In a month with better communication and for less than the quoted price they've repair the watch and give me warranty.

According to your response, your cameras recorded what was really said. Then, it won't be a problem for you to show the recording here, or send it to my personal E-mail, and tell me, in what case it was my fault.
It's a shame for a company with such a long history to try to insult, and convince the client that it is his fault despite having a guarantee for the product, which was bought less than a year ago as a present for my mother, and costs less than 30β¬.

My husband and I bought our wedding bands at Juweelco this summer. Philipp was incredibly helpful and really went out of his way to ensure a timely delivery and that we were happy with our product. They have lots of ring options with the possibility of customizing the finishing, cut, model and style. He kept us informed of the delivery times and other arrangements and made sure that we received our rings on time.
I highly recommend their services!

β β β β β Very dissapointed because they sold me broken watch, which I gave my mother as a present, and the company does not want to solve the problem, despite me having a guarantee!
On the 2nd of January, I bought a watch for my mum as a present at your store with a guarantee for 2 years. After 7,5 month they suddenly stopped, and I took it back to the store to get them repaired. You told me to leave it for 1 day to check what was wrong. When I came to take it, I was told that I have to pay 10 Euros for the battery change, asked, whether they are sure that this was a problem, because, it was just a month since purchase, I was told that they checked everything. Watch worked a couple of days, then stopped again. I had to go back to the store, where I was told that the problem might be with something else and I have to leave it for 2 weeks. However, despite the fact that the battery was changed without a need, they did not agree to make a refund. After I took the watch for the second time, I was told that the problem was with contacts which needed to be cleaned and that after that watch is working perfectly. Then, the watch worked about a week this time and then stopped again. I was about to go to the store again, but it turned out to be closed (for a month or so). After I finally got there today, the guy there told me without even looking that it might have happened because the water got inside the watch (however, my mother was wearing it very carefully, I am 100% sure that she did not put it under even small amount of water). The guy told me very unkindly, that he will not take the watch to repair, because it was my fault, that the water supposedly got insight. I am totally disappointed with the way you treat your clients and sad that my present turned out to be such a disaster. I would totally advise not to buy anything in your store after this situation.

β β β β β Very unpleasant experience, extremely unkind and arrogant owner, the staff lady was nice, but the owner didnβt even bother to come to the desk and talked to me from his office without giving me any useful information, but making me feel unwelcome and out of place. I explained I was a student and wanted to know a price range, and he told me to go get my necklaces fixed In my own country. Would not recommend if you are looking for advice or simply a decent human equal interaction.

β β β β β I would not recommend you to bring your watch for service or repair here. It looks like they are not customer oriented at all. The gentleman was ready to take my watch for regular service (battery changing, cleaning and strap replacement) but could not give any estimation of how long that may last. He also refused to give me the phone of the shop as βthey donβt want to be disturbedβ. On my question wether it would be within 2-3 weeks, he told me that he would not even bother to do the service in this case, as βit already starts with difficultyβ. By the way, the other shop did the full service within less than a week and with much more friendly approach.
