Ik kom al bijna 10 jaar bij jivalli juwelier en wordt altijd geholpen door Soesoe die mij altijd een geweldige service heeft gegeven. Nu had ik verlovingsringen voor mezelf nodig en ik weet dat Soesoe daar niet meer werkt dus had ik ze opgebeld. Ik kreeg een super lieve dame aan de lijn en gevraagd of ik kon langskomen. Eenmaal op de zaak aangekomen ben ik super goed geholpen door een jonge man. Service was echt perfect en ze hebben beide zo goed met me meegedacht. Ik ben ook meteen geslaagd op dezelfde dag. Geweldig!

I have been coming to jivalli jeweler for almost 10 years and am always helped by Soesoe who has always given me a great service. Now I needed engagement rings for myself and I know Soesoe doesn't work there anymore so I called them up. I got a super sweet lady on the line and asked if I could come by. Once I arrived at the office, I was helped very well by a young man. Service was really perfect and they both thought along with me so well. I also passed the same day. Awesome!
