Ich war nicht nur einmal, wie immer auf dem letzten Drücker ein Geschenk kaufen und Juwelier Kaya hat mir immer mit vollem Einsatz aus dem Schlamassel geholfen :) außerdem hat man nicht das Gefühl das man jetzt unbedingt was kaufen muss oder bekommt was aufgeschwatzt. Mir wurde sogar von der Dame des Hauses geraten ,das günstigere Schmuckstück für meine Frau zu kaufen weil es einfach besser passt. ( wir waren einmal zusammen dort und Sie konnte sich an uns erinnern). Und alleine diese Tatsache sagt mir hier bin ich richtig. Kann diesen Juwelier nur wärmstens weiter empfehlen.
Serious, competent and, above all, very customer-oriented. I was not only once to buy a present at the last minute, as always, and jeweler Kaya always helped me out of the mess with full commitment :) also you don't have the feeling that you absolutely have to buy something or get cheated on something. I was even advised by the lady of the house to buy the cheaper piece of jewelry for my wife because it simply fits better. (We were there together once and she could remember us). And that fact alone tells me I'm right here. Can only warmly recommend this jeweler.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr sehr gute Beratung, Komponente Mitarbeiter. Schnelle Abwicklung vor allem sehr gute Preise im Gegensatz Köln und Umgebung.
Der Weg von von über 70 km lohnt sich bei den fairen Preisen. Habe Trauringe und alles was dazu gehört bei denen gekauft. Und im Alltag kommen natürlich hier und da Kratzer die auch schnellstmöglich behoben werden. Bin echt dankbar ein Juwelier gefunden zu haben die nicht nur verkaufen und sich nicht mehr drum kümmern wenn man die Schönheitsfehler behoben haben möchte und das auch nach mehr als ein Jahr. Und habe mein Altgold zu echten fairen Preisen dort verkauft,der mehr wert wird ermittelt und sofort ausgezahlt ohne Tricks. Hiermit danke ich auch Dem Team( rede ist von mehreren hundert Euro.

The way of over 70 km is worthwhile given the fair prices. I bought wedding rings and everything that goes with them from them. And in everyday life, of course, there are scratches here and there that are fixed as quickly as possible. I'm really grateful to have found a jeweler who doesn't just sell and no longer bother to fix the blemishes, even after more than a year. And I sold my old gold there at real fair prices, the more value is determined and paid out immediately without any tricks. I would also like to thank the team (I'm talking about several hundred euros.

ich habe schon häufiger in diesem Geschäft, bei diesen überaus sympathischen Inhabern, etwas tolles für meinen Schatz entdeckt. Ich bin wirklich immer echt toll beraten worden.
Auch mit einigen Sonderwünschen und Rückfragen nach Reparaturmöglichkeiten bin ich hier stets sehr freundlich empfangen und betreut worden. Es ist wirklich klasse, dass es noch derart persönliche und zuvorkommende Menschen gibt.
Jetzt bin ich gespannt, ob IHR meine Auswahl zu Ihrem Geburtstag gefallen wird. Nur noch 2 Tage ...

I have often discovered something great for my sweetheart in this shop, with these extremely personable owners. I've always received really great advice.
Even with a few special requests and questions about repair options, I was always given a very friendly welcome and looked after. It's really great that there are still such personal and courteous people around.
Now I am curious whether YOU will like my selection for your birthday. Only 2 days left ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dieser Juwelierladen beschäftigt sich wirklich mit dem Kunden und bietet eine sehr gute Beratung. Sie sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend und helfen gründlich bei der Auswahl und ebenfalls bei Reparaturen. Diese werden auch sehr zügig durchgeführt. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist auch super im Gegensatz zu den mir bekannten Juwelieren in der Kölner Gegend.
Ich kann den Juwelierladen nur weiterempfehlen, denn hier kann ich mit gutem Gewissen hin und weiß, dass mir hier ehrlich geholfen wird.
This jewelry store really deals with the customer and offers very good advice. They are very nice and accommodating and help thoroughly with the selection and also with repairs. These are also carried out very quickly. The price-performance ratio is also great in contrast to the jewelers I know in the Cologne area.
I can only recommend the jewelry store, because I can go here with a clear conscience and know that I will receive honest help here.

Nur damit das Umtauschrecht verfällt. Traurig!
Eigentlich sollten da Hochzeitsringe bestellt werden, diese werde ich mit Freude woanders Kaufen.
Diesen laden kann ich niemanden empfehlen!
Woanders ist das Geld besser aufgehoben, und die Beratung um einiges besser.
