Wir hatten in einem Katalog unsere Traumhochzeitsringe gefunden und wollte sie vorher einmal als Proberinge sehen, denn man kauft seine Eheringe nicht ungesehen aus einem Katalog oder dem Internet. Auf der Internetseite von Titanfactory werden verschiedene Juweliere als Händler der Firma angegeben. Nach mehreren Telefonaten und Besuchen bei einigen dieser Händler, die sich im Umkreis um unseren Wohnort befinden, wurden wir immer wieder enttäuscht und abgewimmelt mit der Aussage, dass die Firma Titanfactory keine Proberinge zum Ansehen verschicken würde. Erst bei St. Karas in Kevelaer wurden wir schon am Telefon freundlich empfangen und auch das Gespräch vor Ort war sehr gut. Uns wurden andere Möglichkeiten gezeigt, aber uns wurde nichts aufgedrängt. Das Bestellen von unseren Traumringen als Muster war überhaupt kein Problem und ging sehr schnell. Auch das Bestellen der Ringe inklusive individueller Gravur verlief problemlos und schnell. Wir möchten uns an dieser Stelle nochmal für die sehr kompetente und freundliche Beratung bedanken! The St. Karas jeweler is highly recommended, especially as a dealer for the Titanfactory company! After several phone calls and visits to some of these dealers, who are located in the vicinity of our place of residence, we were repeatedly disappointed and dismissed with the statement that the Titanfactory company would not send any sample rings to look at. Only at St. Karas in Kevelaer were we received friendly on the phone and the conversation on site was very good. We were shown other options, but nothing was forced upon us. Ordering our dream rings as samples was no problem at all and was very quick. Ordering the rings, including individual engraving, was also quick and easy. We would like to take this opportunity to thank you again for the very competent and friendly advice!

Sehr persönliche Anpassungen sind möglich und auch wenn Mal etwas nicht ganz glatt läuft, verlässt man hier den Laden definitiv mit einem Lächeln auf den Lippen. Ich persönlich werde hier in Zukunft noch des öfteren erscheinen, nicht zuletzt weil Herr Toumas Alles tut, um seine Kundschaft mit Respekt behandelt und erst mit beidseitiger, vollständiger Zufriedenheit den Kaufvorgang abschließt. Beim Hersteller kosten diese 20,- das Stück - dachte als Laie dieser Preis sei erst einmal normal...war eigentlich nur fürs Fragen von Einsetzten bzw. Batterien da... als ich es im Nebensatz erwähnt hatte, ist er sofort aufgesprungen und hat mich eines besseren belehrt, dass man Kunden nicht so über den Tisch ziehen darf! Somit habe ich für Glieder, spez. Verschluss, Batterien viel Mühe und Arbeit einen Spitzenpreis bezahlt! Leider wurde es im Nachhinein immer teurer als im Vorfeld besprochen und es hat bisher auch immer deutlich länger gedauert als angekündigt. Man hat aich so das Gefühl dass auf das Geld schon sehr gegeiert wird. So fühlt man sich nicht unbedingt sehr wohl wenn man dort einen größeren Betrag ausgibt. Unfortunately, it was always more expensive in retrospect than discussed in advance and it has always taken much longer than announced. One has the feeling that the money is being greeted a lot. So you don't necessarily feel very comfortable when you spend a larger amount there.
