Hier spielt es keine Rolle wo etwas gekauft wurde, sondern nur der Kunde der Hilfe benötigt. Top Leistung, tolle Auswahl, top Beratung. Alles in einem ist es immer einen Besuch wert.
Great advice, very customer-oriented appearance. From the repair to the new purchase, everything is done competently, friendly and fast. Here it does not matter where something was bought, but only the customer needs help. Top performance, great selection, top advice. Everything in one is always worth a visit.

Mein Ehering musste vergrößert werden.
Kein Juwelier wollte die Arbeit durchführen (wegen der 3 eingefassten Steine). Ich erhielt immer den Hinweis, dass dies der Juwelier durchführen müsse, bei dem die Ringe gekauft wurden oder dass es wegen der Steine nicht geht. (Dieser teilte mir jedoch ebenfalls mit, dass eine Vergrößerung nicht möglich sei, wollte überhaupt nicht wirklich auf meine Bitte eingehen. Wer hat denn 50 Jahre oder länger die gleiche Ringgröße?!?!?)
Enttäuscht habe ich als letzten Versuch Juwelier Tugan in Langenfeld aufgesucht.
Überraschenderweise sagte man mir: Klar kein Problem, in einer halben Woche ist der Ring fertig. Die Änderung war zwar im Nachhinein etwas teurer als der ursprüngliche Kostenvoranschlag, aber auch dies wurde vorher mit mir telefonisch abgesprochen und war absolut in Ordnung. Es ist ja schließlich mein Ehering (dessen Vergrößerung sonst niemand durchführen wollte)
Beim Abholen mussten wir feststellen, dass das Rosegold der Mittelschiene durch die letzten Check- Ups (beim Kaufjuwelier) und durch das Vergrößern nun sehr verblasst ist.
Auf Kulanz hat Juwelier Tugan neues Rosegold auf der Mittelschiene aufgebracht, obwohl der "Fehler" vermutlich beim Check-up (1 Woche vorher) beim Kaufjuwelier passiert ist.
Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr sehr nett. Wenn ich nochmal eine Reparatur o.Ä. habe, werde ich in jedem Fall hier nachfragen und bei neuen Schmuckstücken werde ich auch hier einmal schauen!

My wedding ring needed to be enlarged.
No jeweler wanted to do the work (because of the 3 set stones). I was always told that this had to be done by the jeweler from whom the rings were bought or that it was not possible because of the stones. (He also informed me, however, that enlargement was not possible and did not really want to respond to my request at all. Who has the same ring size for 50 years or more?!?!?)
As a last attempt, I went to the Tugan jeweler in Langenfeld, but I was disappointed.
Surprisingly, I was told: No problem, the ring will be ready in half a week. The change was a bit more expensive in retrospect than the original cost estimate, but this was also discussed with me beforehand by telephone and was absolutely fine. After all, it's my wedding ring (nobody else wanted to enlarge it)
When we picked it up, we found that the rose gold on the center rail had now faded a lot from the last check-ups (at the jeweler) and from the enlargement.
As a gesture of goodwill, the jeweler Tugan applied new rose gold to the center rail, although the "mistake" probably happened during the check-up (1 week before) at the jeweler.
All employees are very, very nice. If I have another repair or something similar, I will definitely ask here and I will also have a look here for new pieces of jewelry!

Der ausgestellte Schmuck ist auch sehr schön und vielseitig, konkreteres entzieht sich allerdings meiner direkten Erfahrung dort
Previous experience is limited to piercing ears which all my friends have done hygienically and in a friendly manner. We were always satisfied. The jewelry on display is also very beautiful and versatile, but my direct experience there eludes anything more concrete

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe meine Uhr abgegeben weil ein Steinchen fehlte und ich eine neue Batterie brauchte. Sollte sie dann 3 Tage später wieder abholen. Als ich sie heute Morgen abgeholt habe bin ich raus gegangen und wollte sie direkt anziehen. Da habe ich festgestellt das die Uhr nicht ging. Ich bin wieder rein und der Juwelier meinte vielleicht wäre was anderes kaputt. Verschwand dann in einem Raum und kam mit der Uhr wieder raus und sie lief..zu Hause habe ich dann festgestellt das das Steinchen immer noch fehlte. Ich hatte es leider vorher nicht gesehen da ich meine Brille nicht dabei hatte. Irgendwie komm ich mir veräppelt vor erst das mit der Batterie die ja wohl nicht drin war und dann das mit dem Steinchen. Schade hatte mich echt gefreut zuerst dachte schön hast du endlich einen Juwelier gefunden wo man seine Sachen hin bringen kann. Und sich das ein oder andere mal was kaufen kann. Leider ist dem nicht so. Geld futsch und meine gute Zeit bin extra früh aufgestanden um die Uhr abzuholen. Schade bin bedient nie wieder
I handed in my watch because a stone was missing and I needed a new battery. Should then pick them up again 3 days later. When I picked her up this morning I went out and wanted to put her on right away. Then I noticed that the clock was not working. I'm back in and the jeweler said maybe something else was broken. Then disappeared into a room and came out again with the clock and it ran .. at home I found that the stone was still missing. Unfortunately, I hadn't seen it before because I didn't have my glasses with me. Somehow I'm kidding myself first that with the battery, which was probably not in it, and then that with the stone. Schade I was really happy at first thought nice you have finally found a jeweler where you can bring your things. And can buy one or the other something. Sadly, this is not the case. Money gone and my good time got up extra early to pick up the clock. It's a shame I'm never served again
