Ten eerste wordt nergens duidelijk dat je je spullen (of zooi moet ik het noemen) opgestuurd krijg uit china en lekker lang mag wachten en als je het dan toch de voorkeur van de twijfel geeft en gaat gebruiken blijkt het gewone te duur betaalde ali express rommel te zijn. Mijn advies... gewoon wat meer uitgeven en bij een goede webshop bestellen... wat ik ook alsnog ga doen.
 Worthless store. First of all, it is nowhere clear that you get your stuff (or crap I should call it) sent from China and can wait a long time and if you give it the preference of the doubt and start using it, it turns out that the usual overpaid ali express junk to be. My advice... just spend a little more and order from a good webshop... which I will do anyway.

Winkiki (onderdeel van Kabel4u) is een zeer onbetrouwbare webwinkel. Ontvangen product is ondeugdelijk en er wordt helemaal niet gereageerd op klachten en verzoek voor retournering van product via emails of contactformulieren op de website.
PAY ATTENTION. Do not order anything here!!
Winkiki (part of Kabel4u) is a very unreliable web store. Received product is faulty and there is no response at all to complaints and requests for product return via emails or contact forms on the website.

Er is een e-mail van hen naar mij gestuurd om mijn opmerking te annuleren, en dan zal het probleem van mijn verzoek worden opgelost, maar er is geen respect van hen, omdat ik de opmerking heb geannuleerd en ook mijn geld niet heb gekregen. Jullie kunnen de bijlagen zien bij de foto van de e-mail die ze me hebben gestuurd. Van 16 februari tot vandaag, 3 maart, is er niets gebeurd... Beschadigde producten, leugens en gebrek aan respect voor de klant of de reputatie van hun bedrijf...even heb ik naar e-mail gestuurd 2 dagen geleden en ik kreeg niks van hen.
Worse than a bad site. E-mail was sent to me from them to cancel my comment, then the problem of my request will be solved, but there is no respect from them, because I canceled the comment and also didn't get my money. You can see the attachments to the photo of the email they sent me. From February 16 to today, March 3, nothing happened... Damaged products, lies and disrespect for the customer or the reputation of their company...just sent me an email 2 days ago and I got none of them.

Thieves! This company is a scam.
They will take your money, and you never hear from them again unless you're somehow able to drag out a response from them
The only reason I gave 1 star, is because it's impossible to give zero.
The authorities should look into their shady business, this is borderline criminal behaviour.
PS: All the 5 star reviews are fake!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't buy anything. They cheat on people. No proper communication. Giving false information and tracking info. I have ordered a Tripod on 19/09/2019 and it says it will be delivered in 24Hrs. When asked on 27/09/2019 after one week answer was they were busy last week and shipments were delayed and the parcel handed-over to DHL. But even after 12 days shipping status shows same.

2nd email a track and trace with your parcel in China ...
