Kregen uiteindelijk een paar folders mee met verkeerde en of incomplete prijslijsten. Gemiste kans aangezien we hier toch een goeie €5000.00 wilde gaan besteden. Nice shop but with specific questions, the question was first repeated as part of the answer and you did not really get an answer to the question you originally asked. Eventually received a few brochures with wrong and or incomplete price lists. Missed opportunity as we wanted to spend a good € 5000.00 here.

Mooi uitgebreide collectie kachels in verschillende prijs klasses. Just go there for a piece of Mica glass. Few stove shops have this just lie. But they do. Smooth friendly service by the owner. Nice extensive collection of heaters in different price ranges.

De kachel is binnen een paar weken thuis geleverd. Heel prettig, vriendelijke, behulpzaam bedrijf. They helped me a lot when choosing a wood-burning stove. All questions I had such as (efficiency, technical data, making connections, smoke extraction, safety) were answered. Emails are answered quickly. The stove was delivered to your home within a few weeks. Very pleasant, friendly, helpful company.

Had een probleempje met wat ik zelf had gedaan met de blokken in kachel, gebeld en ze hebben het opgelost. Vakkundig iemand die langs kwam. Vroeg zijn er kosten aan verbonden nee hoor! Service!
