★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik heb meer dan 10 jaar geleden bij een een kachel gekocht met schuifdeur.
Nu oktober ll. 2015 heeft de deur het laten afweten.
Met hen contact opgenomen voor herstelling om een lang verhaal kort te maken, nu eind jan. 2016.
is de kachel nog steeds niet herstelt. Wij wachten intussen 3 maand op herstelling.
is dit goede service ?
 I bought a stove with a sliding door over 10 years ago.
Now October last 2015, the door has failed.
Contacted them for repairs to make a long story short, now at the end of January. 2016.
the stove is still not recovering. We are now waiting 3 months for repairs.
is this good service?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wij hebben ca. 10 jaar geleden een Kalfire Fura 70 kachel gekocht. Afgelopen jaar viel de kachel soms enkele keren per avond uit. Er is door Graus / Kalfire service verleend. Het moeilijke was dat de kachel het altijd deed als er een monteur was.
Op basis van diagnose is de branderautomaat vervangen. Dit bleek achteraf het defect niet te verhelpen.
Kalfire bleef gelukkig volharden in het zoeken naar de storing. Na het vervangen van de gasklep is het probleem opgelost.
Heel goede service van Kalfire, vooral omdat alleen de eerste keer kosten zijn doorberekende en daarna niet meer. Dank je wel Kalfire en met name Marc, voor de goede service.

We bought a Kalfire Fura 70 stove about 10 years ago. Last year, the stove sometimes went out several times a night. Service has been provided by Graus / Kalfire. The difficult thing was that the stove always worked when there was a mechanic.
The burner control has been replaced based on diagnosis. This turned out not to fix the defect afterwards.
Fortunately, Kalfire continued to search for the malfunction. After replacing the throttle, the problem is solved.
Very good service from Kalfire, especially because only the first time costs have been passed on and then no more. Thank you Kalfire and Marc in particular for the great service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben seit Dezember 2018 einen Kalfire-Gaskamin mit Hybrid-Beleuchtung und Funkenflug. Über unseren lokalen super Kaminbauer wurde der Kalfire-Service eingebunden. Keine Kompetenzstreitigkeiten, kurzfristige Einsatztermine des Herstellers hier bei uns vor Ort, super Kommunikation inkl. Terminabstimmung, Termintreue etc. - auch top freundlich. Also wir können das Produkt und auch den Service nur top bewerten.
Since December 2018, we have a Kalfire gas fireplace with hybrid lighting and flying sparks. About our local super Kaminbauer the Kalfire service was involved. No competence disputes, short-term appointments of the manufacturer here with us on site, great communication including scheduling, on-time delivery etc. - also very friendly. So we can only rate the product and the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik had een probleem met een haard waarvan onbekend was wie hem geïnstalleerd had. Na contact met Kalfire hebben ze het dossier direct opgenomen, offerte opgemaakt, wisselstukken besteld en een afspraak ingepland. Stipt opgevolgd en de haard werkt fantastisch. Heel tevreden van de service!
I had a problem with a fireplace of which it was unknown who installed it. After contacting Kalfire, they immediately took up the file, made a quotation, ordered spare parts and scheduled an appointment. Punctually followed up and the fireplace works great. Very satisfied with the service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ teleurstellende service. pas na maanden een reactie op een hulpverzoek en dan vermelden dat mijn oudere haard helemaal geen Kalfire is?!. maakt ook niet uit mijn haard is van het type waarop na 10 jaar geen service meer wordt verleend. iets om in je achterhoofd te houden als je van plan bent hier een dure haard aan te schaffen.
disappointing service. only after months a response to a request for help and then mention that my older fireplace is not a Kalfire at all?!. it doesn't matter my fireplace is of the type that will no longer be serviced after 10 years. something to keep in mind if you plan to purchase an expensive fireplace here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful customer service , when you have paid out huge amounts of money for one of their products , the emails are never answered leaving me with a customer who has a £5000 glass box with pebbles in even though product is just 2 years old , go to bellfire or drugasar where they at least answer your emails

Customer service very poor. Post installation no one cares. Would not recommend as despite looking good it is a source of endless frustration
and there is zero support from either the dealer who installed or Kalfire
