Obviously I cancelled my order and now they are holding my funds for two weeks before returning them. Terrible service, stay away.

I went into the shop and I'm welcomed by this man who treats their customers with little to no respect. I am not coming back here ever again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok, so I admit I'm a bit of a photography nut, and so I was already happy in my element. But what makes me want to return was the super nice, helpful and knowledgable staff. I was not only helped with what I came for, but the man who helped me provided extra information and made some cool recommendations about products that are of interest to me. This is definitely a go to place for serious photographers. Also, check out the expansive line up on their website.

I placed an order to buy a camera, 2 lenses and a camera bag on 18 Aug.
When the package arrived there was no camera bag.
I waited for an extra day then contacted the customer service proactively, just to find out the bag was out of stock.
I waited for another week and asked about the camera bag again, then I was offered an alternative bag that was cheaper and smaller, but with the same price.
This is ridiculous and disappointing as I never got to know the status of the bag until I asked.
In addition, the lens 18-55MM IS II did not come in the original packaging and it was not mentioned on the website at all.

I was looking at the lower cost camera was recommended based on my needs of use. All the accessories where shown at my request even taken out of the box to show me even though. I did not end up buying all of them and of course it was even better because coolblue did not have the camera in stock it was cheaper and included more accessories buying the cannon m50 from this location

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor client service, repair work is too bad, very bad technician, people don't make any efforts to solve your problem, over charging of repair work and delays. Thanks to my camera insurance company Actua who are took care of my camera otherwise they do not bother what happened to your equipment. I guess this is a fully saturated company.
