★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I never give bussinesses ratings in Google. The service of this company though was that bad that it made me reconsider my stance.
To explain myself, I had sent a laptop WITH A CHARGER for repair at their shop. Some weeks later I received the happy news that my laptop had finally been fixed. This could be the end of the story right? NO! For some reason they only know they managed to lose my charger! "No big deal" one would think, "they will send you another one" another would say. Yet the company after 10 days of constant communication is still refusing to provide any solution and instead is behaving like a toddler that did not do its homework, telling me that "they still have not received an answer from the repair center" (a repair center that probably has already thrown my charger away).
Coolblue, you had one (literally one) job! When someone trusts you with their things at least make sure that you return them if not in a better AT LEAST at the same state!
Terrible service and it goes without saying that I am never buying anything again from this company. Be aware everyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrived at 8.30 like described on google maps, store was closed until 9 that wasn't their direct fault, but after waiting an half hour and being first through the door to be second to be helped after 13 min of waiting on top of another 30 min is unexplicable. The serviceattendee was great and friendly and helpfull.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a broken projector for €1250 and followed instructions online to exchange for another product. I registered the fault and exchange where I was told my new product would be delivered the following day and they would pick up broken projector. No problem I thought, then 2 days went past with no word from Coolblue and on the 3rd day I recieved an email to post my projector back and when they receive it they will send me out a new product or pay another first. Now I am left with a broken product as I work during post office times and shop opening hours 08.30 - 17.00 and can't return or post . Shocking service , now waiting on phone for over 30 minutes for a solution after a cheeky email I recieved from Coolblue regarding my dissapointment on the return conditions changing from deliver and pick up exchange to post a €1250 projector and wait with no TV until we solve this. Shocking

They have a good selection of various items, including coffee machines. For such machines they had helpful info, including videos, explaining what the choices were between classes of products, and within a class of product.
