Je krijgt Kamera Express met geen mogelijkheid aan de lijn. Elke dag alleen maar muziekje maar bereikbaarheid 0.0 . Verder verkoopt men v.w.b. mijn TV geen Benelux modellen maar oost Europese modellen die in mijn geval snel stuk gaan
It is impossible to get Kamera Express on the line. Just music every day but accessibility 0.0 . Furthermore, people don't sell Benelux models regarding my TV, but Eastern European models that break quickly in my case

De er svΓ¦re at fΓ₯ fat i, og svarer ikke pΓ₯ henvendelser. Bestilte en fotoscanner d, 31.01 og fik en ordrebekrΓ¦ftelse. Men her 9 dage senere har jeg hverken modtaget varen, eller et T&T nummer.
They are difficult to reach and do not respond to inquiries. Ordered a photo scanner on 31.01 and received an order confirmation. But here 9 days later I have not received the item, nor a T&T number.

heel goede service in shop in turnhout ,,mijn dashcam werkte niet meer ,maar ik was al mijn documenten on line verloren ,,ze zochten het direct uit en bleek nog garantie op te zijn voor 1 maand ,kreeg binnen de week 1 nieuwer model ,ik ben tevreden hoor 10/10 als goed is zeg ik het ook ,op sociale media had ik ook goede ervaringen met hun opvolging
very good service in shop in turnhout,, my dashcam no longer worked, but I had lost all my documents online, they looked it up immediately and turned out to be still under warranty for 1 month, received 1 newer model within a week, I'm satisfied 10/10 if it's good I'll say it too, on social media I also had good experiences with their follow-up

Helaas, aftersales niet best Eind december een aantal producten gekocht ( de afgelopen 2 maanden voor XXXX,- euro) Een week later bleken een aantal producten in de sale, dit kan natuurlijk gebeuren. Het gaat om een klein verschil. We zijn nu ruim een maand, 10 emails, verschillende socialmedia kanaal-gesprekken en een 6 tal telefoontjes verder maar nog steeds mijn geld niet terug. Excuus is extreme drukte. Dit kan natuurlijk gebeuren maar service is waarom mensen bij je kopen. Ik moet je eerlijk bekennen dat ik hierdoor wellicht liever meer betaal maar wel serieus behandeld wordt! Tevens moet ik opmerken dat ik een defecte lens ontving (Samyang) welke ik zelf heb laten repareren omdat ik huiverde voor de aftersales-mede door bovengenoemd verhaal-. Ook ontving ik een lens (Samyang) welke met 5 jaar Benelux extra garantie zou komen. Helaas hadden ze de lens uit Duitsland over laten komen waar deze garantie dus NIET bij zit. Gelukkig via Samyangbenelux rechtstreeks zelf kunnen regelen. Je kunt groot zijn, goedkoper dan de rest zijn en veel verzetten maar die aftersales moeten echt beter om klanten vast te houden!
Unfortunately, after sales not the best Bought a number of products at the end of December (the past 2 months for XXXX,- euros). A week later, a number of products turned out to be on sale, this can of course happen. It's a small difference. We are now over a month, 10 emails, several social media channel conversations and 6 phone calls further but still not my money back. Excuse is extreme crowds. Of course this can happen but service is why people buy from you. I must confess that because of this I may rather pay more but I am treated seriously! I should also note that I received a defective lens (Samyang) which I had repaired myself because I was terrified of the aftersales - partly because of the above story -. I also received a lens (Samyang) which would come with an extra 5 years Benelux warranty. Unfortunately, they had the lens come over from Germany, so this warranty is NOT included. Fortunately, I was able to arrange directly through Samyangbenelux. You can be big, be cheaper than the rest and resist a lot, but aftersales really have to improve to keep customers!

I ordered a Wandrd Hexad Access Duffel bag almost 6 weeks ago and it finally arrived. To my shock they sent the Wandrd Hexad Carryall model not the Hexad Access Duffel bag and also in the wrong colour listed on their own website. Now because of their mistake for a special ordered item they want me to spend my own money sending this item back to them in the Netherlands from the UK. Which is an expense that outweighs any benefit of buying the bag. Feels like it will be over 2 months to get the situation sorted! Will not use this company again!....

I can only warn against this company for personal reasons. If everything fits, a company cannot be judged. Any company can write and deliver invoices. It becomes interesting when something doesn't work. This is what happens when a delivered product becomes defective within five days. Return via form somewhat bumpy, but has worked in the end. That the customer has to pay EUR 28,- "fee" because the defective product has no new value anymore is a premiere for me. Message: We are not interested that it was returned within the legal deadline (14 days according to the Distance Selling Act). Interested and not that warranty exists. You complain, so you pay. And the best. The info is almost like blackmail. Either you agree to the lower repayment amount or you get nothing at all.

I ordered a couple of photography items for a shoot on Sunday. My order was placed on Friday and the site said "order on weekdays, delivered the next day" and the items were in stock. It is now 22:35 the next day (Saturday) and according to the delivery app, the items are not even in the distribution center yet! Thanks!!!! I have to cancel the shoot now!!!
