Onderdelen zijn absurd duur, echter tot daaraan toe, maar het is een kunst om het juiste onderdeel te bestellen. Of de Italiaanse mentaliteit (wat vandaag niet komt, komt morgen wel) doorgedrongen is bij de Nederlandse importeur, of dat ze het gewoon niet willen snappen. Dus houd er rekening mee dat als u een onderdeel wil bestellen dat een hoop tijd en moeite kost. We ordered one treadmill (My Run) on 17/06 via the website. The order confirmation came through ok, and the payment was processed immediately. However, there was no word of any delivery date. No email came in the following days. * On 19/06 I've sent an email to customer service with no reply. * On 20/06 I've called their customer service (people are friendly enough, but unfortunately don't deliver on their promises) where a gentleman promised a delivery date confirmation by email... It never arrived. * On 25/06 I've called Benelux customer service a second time with a similar promise... it never arrived * On 01/07 I've made a third (angry) call to the customer service, and they finally put the delivery in... No word as to why they couldn't confirm anything or why there was NO word from them for over two weeks, despite the multiple thousand euro order * On 05/07 the delivery guys came, but 3 hours after the promised delivery window, which derails the whole day * on 08/07 I receive a invoice with faulty invoicing information... I'm already stressed for the day the treadmill has a problem or need servicing. Maybe Technogym only cares for big, corporate clients, but this was unacceptable. Think twice before ordering with them is my advice...
