★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik heb mijn kinderen laten knippen. Toen ik thuis kwam zag ik hoe verschrikkelijk het was geknipt en de schade. Ivm vakantie ben ik na 2weken terug geweest en voor de correctie hebben ze mij opnieuw laten betalen. Klant tevredenheid vinden ze blijkbaar niet belangrijk.
Buiten het knippen zijn ze niet transparant over de kosten.
I had my children cut. When I got home I saw how terrible it was cut and the damage. Due to holidays I have been back after 2 weeks and for the correction they have made me pay again. Apparently, customer satisfaction is not important to them.
Apart from cutting, they are not transparent about the costs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zeer ontevreden, wenkbrauwen hier gepileerd. Ik zit nu met 2 verschillende wenkbrauwen. te veel weggehaald van de zijkanten en te dun gemaakt. Mw. gaf toen we klaar waren aan dat een wenkbrauw dikker dan de ander is pas nadat ze het zo erg verpest had. mw. had dit van te voren moeten aangeven als dit zo was, wat duidelijk niet zo was.
Ik baal enorm en zal hier ook nooit meer terug komen!
Very dissatisfied, eyebrows pilled here. I now have 2 different eyebrows. removed too much from the sides and made too thin. Ms. indicated when we were done that one eyebrow is thicker than the other only after she screwed up so badly. mrs. should have stated this in advance if this was the case which clearly was not.
I am very disappointed and will never come back here!
