Er worden geen vaste prijzen gehanteerd. De prijs van de behandeling wordt bepaald door de eigenaresse in overleg met eventuele vriendinnen die aanwezig zijn en afhankelijk van of de klant Spaans begrijpt. Een typische "buurtsalon" (waarvan het me niet zou verbazen als het een front bleek voor witwaspraktijken). Iedereen kent iedereen sfeertje binnen, waarbij je met een schuin oog wordt aangekeken als je er niet bijhoort.
Als student hierheen gegaan vanwege de betaalbare behandelingsprijzen op de website. Helaas niet wetende dat service, comfort, professionaliteit en EERLIJKHEID (allemaal dingen die vanzelfsprekend zouden moeten zijn in een kapsalon) bij Kapsalon Miguelina niet zo evident zijn als men zou verwachten.
Wees gewaarschuwd en vermijd deze tent ten alle koste (tenzij je vloeiend Spaans spreekt en het aandurft om in je eentje tegen Miguelina en haar Dominicaanse straatbende's oplichtingspraktijken in te gaan).
Do not go unless you speak Spanish and would like to be scammed.
No fixed prices are applied. The price of the treatment is determined by the owner in consultation with any girlfriends who are present and depending on whether the client understands Spanish. A typical "neighborhood salon" (which would not surprise me if it turned out to be a front for money laundering). Everyone knows everyone's mood inside, where you are looked at with a slanted eye if you do not belong.
Went here as a student because of the affordable treatment prices on the website. Unfortunately not knowing that service, comfort, professionalism and HONESTY (all things that should be taken for granted in a hair salon) at Hair Salon Miguelina are not as obvious as one would expect.
Be warned and avoid this tent at all costs (unless you speak Spanish fluently and dare to go against Miguelina and her Dominican street gang's scams on your own).
