Vervolgens een tweede behandeling opdringen omdat ik een abonnement zou hebben. Had ik dit 'professionele' advies gevolg zou ik kaal zijn geworden. Vervolgens ook heel onaardig benaderd door de klantenservice, en benaderd door een jurist. Geeft wel aan wat een oplichters. Denk goed na voordat je je haar hier laat verpesten! @owner Do I get compensation ??? Very much, I lost a lot of hair because they had placed too many extensions in my hair. Then forcing a second treatment because I would have a subscription. Had I followed this 'professional' advice I would have become bald. Then also very unkindly approached by customer service, and approached by a lawyer. Does indicate what a scammers. Think carefully before you let your hair ruined here!

Ze neemt echt de tijd, luistert goed je wensen en geeft goed advies over de verzorging van je haar. Bovendien is het haar prachtig en is de klantenservice vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ben weer super tevreden met mijn mooie haar en zeker een aanrader! Helped by Quincy in Amsterdam. Really sweet, fun, professional and knowledgeable girl! She really takes the time, listens carefully to your wishes and gives good advice on the care of your hair. Plus, the hair is beautiful and the customer service is friendly and helpful. I am very satisfied with my beautiful hair and I definitely recommend it!

Hier ga ik zeker vaker heen. Went for the first time last Saturday for extensions in Amsterdam (volume treatment). I am very happy with the result! I will definitely go here more often.

The lady from the reception told me that she can do 50 cm extensions and the color is not a problem since they use more then 1 color every time. Today i had my appointment for extensions. After 2 months my hair is longer and the color is even and freshly colored yesterday. The lady which was supposed to help me told me she can only do 40 cm extension from which she will cut Like 5 cm. She told me first my hair color is very nice, But when i told her that 35 cm is not quite the hair lenght expected, she told me that i have balayage in my hair and she cant do the color. I asked her to do layers in my hair and go for a bigger lenght since this is not the first time im doing extensions, i had all kinds and always very long. She said she cant do layers because she thinks it wouldnt Look nice. Well, i think straight hair doesnt Look nice!! So, ladies, go to this salon only if you have straight, thin, black or Platinum blond and already long hair. Overated prices and low quality of the extensions, the socap hair looks and feels Like plastic. Very dissapointed!
A	Alma Alassaf on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a terrible experience, An employee yelling at me, saying that if she was the owner she would have kicked me out already, that she won't help me because I have black hair (while this is completely unrelated of the treatment). All because I just wanted to be helped and was seeking a solution to find a time slot for a meeting. Unbelievable something ridiculous like this happens in a chain like this, I already spoke to the owner and she was completely not professional with her customer service, she was completely with her staff side denying things even though she was not there.
