WE BOUGHT A SUITE CASE FROM THIS STORE, AFTER ONE DAY THE ZIPPIER BREAK DOWN, UNFORTUNATELY WE ALREADY LEFT PARIS AND THE THE STORE IS COMPLETELY USELESS AND DONT WANT TO HELP US OUT. NOW WE ARE TRAVELLING WITH THE BROKEN SUITE CASE, THE STORE STAFF NOT ANSWERING THE EMAILS OR PHONE CALLS. I NEVER GOING BACK TO THIS STORE AGAIN.

I bought this bag in a shop in Zürich, we already have to fix once, just after few months.
After not even a year of use, this is the current state of this pricey bag (pics attached).
Asked the shop to fix it - refused because "no longer under warranty".
Asked the brand Customer Service - refused as well, even if I was willing to pay for the reparation.
Well, from such a brand I would have expected a different approach.
Definitively my first and last purchase.
Don't do the same mistake, people.
