At the end of the day, the successes we have been able to celebrate as a brand are thanks to the team of talented individuals who have worked so hard to achieve them. Thatβs a pity that good quality shoes on photo but doesnβt match the real color that I received, when I texted to service they said that they see color matching between the picture and real item! Am I colorblind person? I donβt think so! Be careful to order from internet cause you are going to receive not actually what you want!

β β β β β Worst service ever. Received broken shoes and no solution. And impossible to contact. They do answer the phone and promise money back, promise a refund at the end of the day. A few weeks later, never heard from them again. And so it has been for 2 months.

β β β β β Unfortunately, I have to leave my review. My order number is #322495. In early December, I ordered a pair of shoes. It came with several defects, which I immediately wrote to the support service. The whole process of communication dragged on for more than three weeks. At the beginning, I was offered a 10% discount, then 20%, as if we were trading on the market, I consider this unacceptable in this case.
Only after 3 weeks I was offered to exchange a pair for a new one, but by this time I had already solved the problem on my own for my money. I found excellent specialists in my city. In response to this, the support team wrote that they are glad that I solved this problem and do I have any other questions? Are you seriously? Yes, there are questions, what happened with you guys? :)
By the way, I bought my first pair in 2014. I love this brand. All disputes were always resolved in the direction of the client. Apparently this is no longer the case.
