Meet our Chef & Owner

Adnan Mehboob is  a Chef and restaurateur. Born in Kashmir , trained in Pakistan, Belgium & England, and currently cooking in Netherlands, Chef Adnan and his cooking experience have been impacted and enhanced by the many stops along his journey. He is one of the few Kashmiri chefs globally who is able to execute and innovate on a fusion of Indian, Pakistani and Kashmiri dishes.

His cooking brings together the most special recipes that no-one has since been able to replicate. His moto is TO SERVE YOUR TASTE BUDS with the finest of ingredients and leaves the kitchen to the high standards. 

Chef Adnan is married to an International Peace activist Shumaila Anwar and together they have two children Moiz Adnan & Maaz Adnan.

Adnan Mehboob is een chef-kok en restauranthouder. Geboren in Kashmir, opgeleid in Pakistan, België en Engeland, en kookt momenteel in Nederland. chef Adnan heeft zijn kookervaring beïnvloed en verbeterd door de vele stops tijdens zijn reis. Hij is een van de weinige Kashmiri-koks wereldwijd die in staat is om een ​​fusie van Indiase, Pakistaanse en Kashmiri-gerechten uit te voeren en te innoveren.

Zijn kookkunst brengt de meest speciale recepten samen die sindsdien niemand heeft kunnen namaken. Zijn motto is OM UW SMAAKPAPILLEN TE DIENEN met de beste ingrediënten en de keuken volgens de hoogste normen verlaat.

Chef-kok Adnan is getrouwd met een internationale vredesactivist Shumaila Anwar en samen hebben ze twee kinderen Moiz Adnan & Maaz Adnan.
