Bij een wandeling rond de wallen van 3,5 km. ziet u automatisch ook de ruïne van de Keldermanspoort.
Dit was de 4e westelijke stadspoort van Hulst.
In 1952 werden de restanten ontdekt en is de opgraving gestart, is een geslaagd 'project' geworden.

With a walk around the ramparts of 3.5 km. you will also automatically see the ruins of the Keldermanspoort.
This was the 4th western city gate of Hulst.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heel mooi opgekuiste toegangspoort aan de Bierkaai! Er is nu een nieuwe bank met gesproken info over de geschiedenis. Leuk om te doen, in combinatie de vesting en Bierkaai.
Very nicely cleaned up entrance gate at the Bierkaai! There is now a new bank with spoken information about the history. Fun to do, in combination with the fortress and Bierkaai.

Netjes en goed gerenoveerd om de tand des tijd te kunnen weerstaan.
Vanaf de speeltuin kan je deze historische plek benaderen. Onder de poort door stroomt een riviertje wat zich linksaf de stad in slingert.
Er zijn op diverse plekken informatie borden aangebracht die de geschiedenis van deze plek goed weten te vertellen.
Nice piece of history.
Neat and well renovated to withstand the test of time.
You can approach this historic place from the playground. A small river flows under the gate, which meanders into the city to the left.
There are information boards in various places that tell the history of this place well.

Beautiful fortified town of Hulst. Nice to walk all the way around the fortress. Center is nice with terraces.
