★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Warum nicht gleich Kersten. Nachdem ich richtig schlechte Erfahrung mit einigen Onlinehändlern insbesondere mit Motorland gemacht habe, bin ich zu dem regionalen Anbieter Kersten gegangen. Innerhalb einer Woche Beratung, Angebot, Aufnahme und Abwicklung. Was soll ich sagen der Robi läuft super zu einem wirklich fairen Preis inklusive Aufbau und Betrieb. Bei Rückfragen erhielt ich sofort kompetenten Support. Die junge Dame (Montage und Support) versteht Ihr Handwerk - weiter so und vielen Dank. PS der Stihl P 632 aga „Green Shark“ taugt was. Der Name wird ist natürlich provisorisch und wird wahrscheinlich noch in „Sigurd von Rasenstein“ oder in „Meine Mähmeli“ geändert. ?
Why not Kersten right away. After having had a really bad experience with some online retailers, especially Motorland, I went to the regional provider Kersten. Advice, offer, admission and processing within a week. What can I say the Robi runs great at a really fair price including construction and operation. If I had any questions, I immediately received competent support. The young lady (assembly and support) knows her trade - keep it up and thank you. PS the Stihl P 632 aga "Green Shark" is good for something. The name is of course provisional and will probably be changed to “Sigurd von Rasenstein” or “Meine Mähmeli”. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr kulanter Betrieb; bei meinem Rasenmäher gab es kurz nach der Inspektion Motorprobleme, die nichts mit der technischen Überprüfung zu tun hatten; man hat sofort meinen Mäher überprüft, den Vergaser gereinigt und neu eingestellt...zum Nulltarif ! Noch mal ganz herzlichen Dank !!
Very accommodating company; my lawnmower had engine problems shortly after the inspection that had nothing to do with the technical check; My mower was checked immediately, the carburetor cleaned and readjusted ... for free! Thank you very much again!

Ob für den Balkonbesitzer mit Pflanzbewuchs über den Kleingätner bis hin zur professionellen Gartenbauunternehmen, hier wir jeder fündig!
Alles was das Herz begehrt und zur Unterstützung der Arbeit benötigt wird, wird hier angeboten und gewartet.
Service wir groß geschrieben, au wenn es schon mal länger mit der Reparatur, auf Grund von viel Arbeit, dauert, es wird immer ein Ersatz zur Überbrückung angeboten. Also der Rasen wächst nicht ins Haus.
Ausgiebige Erklärungen zu den Artikeln, beim kauf gehören selbstverständlich zum Service.
Preise gehen voll in Ordnung...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Firma ist auch als GLS / UPS Depot tätig. Es kommt zu längerer Wartezeit bei Paketabholung, da der eigentliche Kundenbetrieb (Verkauf u. Reparatur Annahme) viel Zeit in Anspruch nimmt und nur eine Person zu diesem Zeitpunkt bediente.
The company also operates as a GLS / UPS depot. There is a longer waiting time when picking up the parcel, as the actual customer operation (sales and repair acceptance) takes a lot of time and only one person was serving at this point in time.
