Helaas hebben wij een keuken aangeschaft bij I-Kook. Het proces liep van A tot Z ellendig. Zo begon het met een keukencoach die overspannen thuis zat en hij was na aanschaf van onze keuken de bevestiging vergeten te mailen. Toen wij een aantal maanden later geen contact konden krijgen met een medewerker van de winkel besloten wij om bij de vestiging binnen te lopen. Daar werd ons verteld dat de keuken nooit besteld was! Terwijl wij thuis een ondertekende offerte hadden liggen.. We moesten snel nieuwe afspraak maken om de keuken opnieuw te ontwerpen want anders zou de keuken niet op tijd geleverd kunnen worden. Foutje kan gebeuren, gelukkig waren we er op tijd bij (dachten we destijds). Opnieuw een afspraak gemaakt voor een week later! Bij aankomst in de winkel blijkt er een fout te zijn gemaakt. De keuken was wel besteld! We waren voor niets gekomen. Een paar maanden later zitten we (weer) bij I-kook om de keuken definitief te maken, daar wordt tegen ons gezegd dat we een extra elektrapunt nodig hebben voor ons downdraftsystem. Zo gezegd, zo gedaan! Dat valt mee. Dachten wij nog! Bij de (bijna) plaatsing van de keuken komen we er achter dat alle elektra en leidingen anders moesten. Ikook had een leidingschema moeten aanleveren maar nooit gedaan. Doordat ze dit nooit gedaan hebben, heeft de montage 3 dagen geduurd. Daarnaast moeten we een elektricien en loodgieter laten langskomen, funest voor de net gestucte muur. Ikook komt met geen oplossing, en reageert sporadisch op een e-mail met geen oplossing voor het probleem, noch compensatie. Eind resultaat: vanaf begin juli zitten wij met een half werkende keuken. Oven is beschadigd en kapot, vaatwasser werkt niet. Wijnkoeler is nog steeds niet geΓ―nstalleerd. Ikook? Die reageren nergens op. Je verwacht wel wat meer met een keuken dat richting de 12000 gaat. We hebben nu in principe keukenkastjes en een koelkast met beschadigingen. (flut kwaliteit) Ik wil hierbij nogmaals benadrukken, koop alsjeblieft nooit een keuken bij I-kook. Alle leveranciers bevestigen dat we niet de enige zijn met dit soort problemen maar alle reviews lijken lovend. De review hierboven is nog maar een fractie van alle problemen die we hebben gehad met dit bedrijf.
Unfortunately, we bought a kitchen at I-Kook. The process was miserable from A to Z. That's how it started with a kitchen coach who was at home stressed and forgot to email the confirmation after purchasing our kitchen. When we were unable to get in touch with an employee of the store a few months later, we decided to walk into the branch. There we were told that the kitchen was never ordered! While we had a signed quote at home.. We quickly had to make another appointment to redesign the kitchen, otherwise the kitchen could not be delivered on time. Mistakes can happen, luckily we were there in time (we thought at the time). Made another appointment for a week later! Upon arrival at the store, it appears that a mistake has been made. The kitchen was ordered! We had come for nothing. A few months later we are (again) at I-kook to finalize the kitchen, there we are told that we need an extra electricity point for our downdraft system. No sooner said than done! That was not that bad. We thought! During the (almost) installation of the kitchen, we found out that all electricity and pipes had to be changed. Ikook should have provided a piping diagram but never did. Because they never did this, the installation took 3 days. In addition, we have to have an electrician and plumber come by, disastrous for the freshly plastered wall. Ikook comes up with no solution, and sporadically responds to an email with no solution to the problem, nor compensation. End result: from the beginning of July we have a half-functioning kitchen. Oven is damaged and broken, dishwasher does not work. Wine cooler is still not installed. Me too? They don't respond to anything. You expect a bit more with a kitchen that goes towards 12000. We now basically have kitchen cabinets and a fridge with damage. (fluff quality) I would like to emphasize again, please never buy a kitchen from I-kook. All suppliers confirm that we are not the only ones with this kind of problem, but all reviews seem to be positive. The review above is just a fraction of all the issues we've had with this company.

The staff was nice, our consultant Rachid Haddouch was very helpful and kind. The atmosphere in the store is enjoyable and the products have a beautiful design at an affordable price

At first they made us wait 30 minutes even though we had an appointment. Later we decided to give it another shot, but the whole conversation felt off, their process of giving offers is weird ("we will fit your budget"). It doesn't feel honest. I would not trust them buying anything there.

Pretty nice experience here! Recommended! We were helped out by Mr. Rachid Hamdaoui and he is open-minded, very patient and friendly to answer all questions and provided suggestions. He reacted and replied quickly against any of change even thought now is peak season and everyone is busy. No late response and good service-minded of him gave us more security of what we order. Look forward to the delivery :)

We have had a great experience with Claudia. Claudia listened to our initial input which was light on details and turned our preferences into a beautifully designed kitchen. We cannot wait to have our kitchen installed in a few months. We cannot recommend Claudia highly enough and will be sure to pass her name along to anyone we know that is thinking of a new kitchen. The kitchen quality is good but service is not. It has been 4 months but a wrong door supplied is not replaced. Repeated emails are not answered. We created a design and it was approved and later we were told before fitting that design has issues. We ordered the most expensive ceramic top in gloss color calacatta marble, but the finish is very different from the finish showed in the showroom. They told us later that the ceramic top in showroom is from a different supplier and hence is significantly different. The calacatta gold marble sample tile shown to us had predominantly brown stains but the one delivered has only grey stains with a single speck of brown in 4 meters of counter top, again was told that exact design differs from sample.
