★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walked Into Keymusic looking for a Microphone Mount for my condenser, Which they didn't have. So I asked when they will have them in, she rudely told me she had no idea when and when I asked about the mount she asked me what kind of condenser mic it was which doesn't matter because their are only 2 types of mounts so she just seemed uninformed and not very knowledgeable when it came to a pretty standard question

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want to buy a digital piano and don’t know which one yet, don’t go here. All they have is Roland. Which is definitely not a bad brand... I love it... but you want to try some others as well and hear and feel the difference

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Price/quality is fine, in some cases rivaling webshop prices, other times not so much. Assortment is good in most areas, making it ideal for strings, other accessories, or for trying out percussion and keys. (Little tricky when it comes to guitars.)
Their repair service is fast and affordable.

I was allowed to take my time trying out different ones, while kindly and carefully being guided by highly knowledgeable and very friendly staff to make a choice that fit my preferences. Would highly recommend shopping here for all your musical needs!

Sadly I have experienced for 3 times now, that I ordered a product online which said to be 'in stock' and 'will be send out within 1 day or 1-3' the product wasn't Turned out the product was not in stock and they had to re-order it. Last time, I waited 1 month and they still didn't ship out my item. I had to email them myself to ask why it hasn't been shipped out yet. They told me they were expecting it to arrive anytime and they will ship it asap. Another week gone by, and nothing. Long story short, each time I had to contact them myself in order for something to happen. Right now, I am emailing them because they still haven't refunded my payment even though I contacted them 2 weeks ago and they told me they would refund me. It is unbelievable. Very bad business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rockpalace across the street was great. This store is called XXL but much smaller. The building is great, the interior too. But they don't offer any really special instruments anymore. Most is budget brand. The PA section is basically non existing. It's really a shame. We loved the old place, we hoped the new place would be equally great. I really feel bad writing this but we loved the Rockpalace so much, and we are just disappointed in this new thing.
