★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bezoek gebracht aan de showroom... Offerte gevraagd, 2 x gebeld waar de offerte bleef...en nog steeds niets ontvangen. Inmiddels ergens anders kozijnen besteld.. misschien vonden ze de offerte niet 'groot' genoeg?
Visited the showroom ... Quotation requested, called twice where the quotation remained ... and still received nothing. Meanwhile ordered frames elsewhere .. maybe they didn't think the offer was 'big' enough?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zijn naar showroom KFA BV geweest om een voorpui plus voordeur te bestellen. Alles in orde gemaakt met een oudere verkoper. Nu na 1,5 maand verder nog steeds geen offerte. Krijg na 5x te hebben gebeld de reactie: om maar een e-mail te sturen om als antwoord te krijgen dat ze alles kwijt zijn geraakt. Schandalig.
Went to showroom KFA BV to order a front facade plus front door. Made everything okay with an older seller. Now after 1.5 months still no quotation. After calling 5 times, get the response: just to send an email to get the answer that they lost everything. Scandalous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ONBETROUWBAAR - Beste Mike! Kortgeleden zijn wij langsgeweest in de showroom. Je hebt een mooi verhaal verteld en er zou een offerte gestuurd worden. Inmiddels wachten we al 2 weken voor een offerte voor een schuifpui. Minimaal 10x gebeld waar de offerte blijft, geen gehoor! Zo te lezen is dit de normale gang van zaken binnen dit bedrijf!
UNRELIABLE - Dear Mike! We recently visited the showroom. You told a nice story and a quote would be sent. We have now been waiting for a quote for a sliding door for 2 weeks. Called at least 10 times where the quote is, no answer! This is the normal course of business within this company!
