Prepare bad service, don't want to think about solutions. Have grind to the end customer. Don't do business with it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Misschien dat ze de werkzaamheden goed gaan uitvoeren, als ze eenmaal aan het werk gaan. Inmiddels wacht ik al maanden op een planning omtrent de aanleg van gas, water en elektra bij nieuwbouw. Bij bellen wordt er niet opgenomen, mails worden niet beantwoord. 2 weken geleden een klacht ingediend via het contactformulier, de mail en aangegeven bij een aangewezen contactpersoon (die tussentijds wel reageerde, maar verwees naar een andere afdeling), maar ook daarop geen respons. In augustus 2020 is de aanvraag ingediend, in november zouden de werkzaamheden plaatsvinden en nu, 7 maanden later, is er nog steeds geen planning bekend. Ik geloof niet dat de particuliere klant hoog in het vaandel staat bij dit bedrijf.
Maybe they will do the job well once they get to work. I have now been waiting for months for a planning regarding the construction of gas, water and electricity for new construction. Calls are not answered, e-mails are not answered. Submitted a complaint 2 weeks ago via the contact form, the e-mail and reported to a designated contact person (who responded in the meantime, but referred to another department), but no response either. The application was submitted in August 2020, the work would take place in November and now, 7 months later, there is still no known schedule. I do not believe that the private customer is of paramount importance to this company.
