★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I waited 30 minutes for my order, There were only 2 customers in the restaurant. I didn't see anyone in the kitchen. my food was cold. The fries have been in the heater too long Everything had too much fat. !!! the fries were dry and hard. The lady who cleaned the trash bins later handed out the food without changing gloves

Food was good, service was quick but the cashier had trouble identifying my order and... she forgot to put napkins in the bag :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went through the drive-thru and ordered a BBQ burger and a Zinger burger. Due to an error, I received 2 Zinger burgers. So I parked my car and went inside to inquire.
Not only did I receive the BBQ burger within 5 minutes, but they gave me the surplus Zinger burger for free, together with 3 orders of French fries for my trouble. Had a great meal!
In any fast food restaurant, occasionally orders get mixed up. The difference is made by how a restaurant deals with such a complaint. I was very impressed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well organized! Great cutomer support from the beginning to end of the process. The team are really informed and do the extra mile at every stage. Specially would recommend 'Karen ( KFC - Weert) ' who has an excellent customer service and very cheerful since I met her on Dec 2019 , till now. Even all the staffs I found very helfpul while taking the orders.
