I got a phone call explaining what the service entailed and i was very pleased with the level of inspection, given that i was interested in a truck in a different country to my country of residence. On payment, he contacted the vehicle seller immediately and booked our inspection for the next day. During the inspection, he did a video call to show us the vehicle and after the inspection, he sent us a full inspection report that highlighted the issues that needed to be addressed including a video. Above all, the customer service was very good, the engineer is very friendly. I will recommend his services to anyone buying a vehicle from abroad. Thanks for a great service

We recently contacted Kick van der Zwaag to inspect a Volvo FH12 truck in the Netherlands. there was a detailed report and video in my inbox within 24hours of the inspection, a more detailed report than I would have done myself! After buying the truck we needed some repairs and serviceing done in preparation for the long 3960km road trip home to central Canada from the port of Halifax, Kick was also able to organise this. While we know he is busy with other things Kick always made us feel like we were his only customers. Professional and personal service. I should also say that I had no trouble on the way home, and the truck is as I expected.
