★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Convenient location. Decent app for reservation of classes. Some of the instructors are truly excellent - the quality of the instruction varies tremendously depending on which instructor you get, from excellent to okay.
The admin side however was incredibly messy for me. No phone number to contact, endless emails to sort out minor issues. People who didn't know what was happening but still contacted me. Miscommunication many times, back and forth with days in between in terms of response time.
