Onze unieke feestjes staan dan ook garant voor een onvergetelijke ervaring; voor zowel de kinderen als hun ouders.
Ieder feest van Kids Party Planner is maatwerk en de mogelijkheden zijn eindeloos! Wij zorgen voor een tot-in-de- puntjes verzorgde happening en regelen alles van A tot Z om het perfecte plaatje tot stand te brengen. Van de locatie, de catering en de styling tot de uitnodigingen aan toe en werken samen met zorgvuldig geselecteerde partners. Voorafgaand aan het feest nodigen wij de kinderen en hun ouders uit op ons kantoor. De kids mogen zich onderdompelen in onze walk-in closet vol met verkleedkostuums en speelgoed. Aan de hand van al hun dromen en wensen maken wij een moodboard dat we uiteindelijk vertalen in een gepersonaliseerd, uniek feest. Tevens ontwerpen we een speciale birthday outfit waarin de jarige de hele dag kan shinen!

The nannies turned up on time and were very involved with the kids. The activities were fantastic as well as the balloon decorations. I am truly grateful for the party you arranged for my daughter. I hope I can use your services again in the future! I wish you all the best and I hope you continue to provide excellent services to all of your clients.
I have a few of points you may want to consider for the future:
1) The pens that were used were permanent so Natasha and a few other kids were covered in them for a few days after the party. I would suggest that for small children, you should use water based marker pens.
2) There was a lot of stuff left over which had to be thrown away. This seems a shame and is not great for the environment. Perhaps you can take the unused pencils and other items to a charity or a children's home.
3) The kids did a lot of activities and I would love to have had the items that Natasha produced. I think it would have been nice for all the parents to receive the bags with the things that the kids coloured and made. Maybe you can consider it going forward.

It was a jungle themed party where she took care of finding the location, the full decoration and all entertainment. Without the kids party planner we wouldn’t have thought about getting nannies, a balloon artist and play corners for all the 18 babies and kids. Highly recommend Rachel and her team!
