★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bestelling gedaan van 2 kledingstukken die te klein bleken te zijn. Maat groter besteld, deze bleken even groot te zijn als de maat kleiner die ik al binnen had. Dus beide pakketjes teruggestuurd. Ik had binnen 3 werkdagen mijn geld terug moeten krijgen... We zijn nu 12 dagen verder en ik heb nog steeds geen geld ontvangen. Mailen, bellen, contacten via Instagram en het contactformulier op store.q-dance.com invullen mag niet baten, nergens krijg ik reactie.
 Ordered 2 items of clothing that turned out to be too small. Ordered a size larger, these turned out to be the same size as the size smaller that I already had. So both parcels returned. I should have got my money back within 3 working days ... We are now 12 days further and I still have not received any money. Mailing, calling, contacting via Instagram and filling out the contact form on store.q-dance.com is of no avail, I don't get a response anywhere.

Without a doubt the best Hard Dance event organizers. In addition, for the purchase of merchandising online, very good customer service. I don't give them more stars because it can't be done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al jaren (lees: 17 jaar!) ben ik liefhebber van Q-dance. Ik ging geregeld (nu door Corona uiteraard niet..) naar de leukste feestjes. Helemaal top dus voor een echte feestbeest zoals ik.
Ik bestel daarom ook wel eens wat van hun merchandise; een lekkere trui/ vest of leuke collectors items. En dat gaat eigenlijk altijd wel goed, tot nu. Ik heb wat besteld voor kerst en heb daar een deel van ontvangen, maar het andere deel niet. Q-dance heeft een onderzoek gedaan bij dhl en er is aangegeven dat het toch echt bezorgd moet zijn. Helaas is dat dus niet zo en nu hoor ik vervolgens helemaal niets meer van Q-dance.. ik heb betaald via Klarna en ik ben ook zeker niet van plan te gaan betalen voor iets wat ik niet ontvangen heb. Hele aparte klantenservice dus daar bij Q-dance. Zeker voor de echte die-hard fans, gewoon triest dat ze er zo mee omgaan. Ik plaats deze review daarom ook op de hoop dat ze dit lezen en er iets aan gaan veranderen.
For years (read: 17 years!) I have been a fan of Q-dance. I went regularly (not now because of Corona of course..) to the best parties. Perfect for a real party animal like me.
That's why I sometimes order some of their merchandise; a nice sweater/cardigan or nice collectors items. And that actually always goes well, until now. I ordered some for Christmas and received part of it, but not the other part. Q-dance has conducted an investigation at dhl and it has been indicated that it must be really concerned. Unfortunately that is not the case and now I don't hear anything from Q-dance anymore.. I paid through Klarna and I certainly don't intend to pay for something I didn't receive. Very special customer service there at Q-dance. Especially for the real die-hard fans, just sad that they treat it that way. I am therefore posting this review in the hope that they will read this and change it.
