Ze waren in staat om in no-time ons huis te verkopen tegen een prijs die boven onze verwachting was. Kiers Vastgoed kenmerkt zich wat ons betreft als makelaarskantoor dat aandacht heeft voor de mensen achter het huis, luistert naar wat mensen willen en uiterst creatief en zorgvuldig werkt. A great club of people who is able to position and sell real estate in the market with all attention and accuracy. They were able to sell our house in no time at a price that was above our expectation. As far as we are concerned, Kiers Vastgoed is characterized as a real estate agent that pays attention to the people behind the house, listens to what people want and works extremely creatively and carefully.

We waren goed voorzien van informatie, konden altijd met al onze vragen bij ze terecht, en de afspraken die we hadden verliepen altijd goed en zelfs ontzettend gezellig! (thanks @Richard). Mochten we ooit weer gaan verhuizen dan komen we uiteraard terug bij Kiers Vastgoed! We had a very nice brochure of our house, "unfortunately" this was not necessary, because our house was sold within 1 day (!!)! We were well provided with information, could always go to them with all our questions, and the agreements we had were always good and even very pleasant! (thanks @Richard). Should we ever move again, we will of course return to Kiers Vastgoed!

Het voelt echt vertrouwt alles open en eerlijk en vooral DUIDELIJKgeen poespas echt super super mensen . Het portaal waar de informatie opgegeven moet worden en de voortgang te monitoren is werkt prima en bezoekafspraken worden goed gecoordineerd. Richard is een uitstekende makelaar met een eigen netwerk dat duidelijk toegevoegde waarde heeft. We are very satisfied. The sales process is clearly explained and discussed in advance. The portal where the information must be entered and the progress can be monitored works well and visits appointments are well coordinated. I had a very unfriendly experience with this man.

Approachable, give a lot of advices, explains the process extensively... (even if he has to repeat himself because you didn't understand) Oh and to my expat fellas, Richard speaks English no prob ;) Overall very friendly, including the receptionist :) So to sum it up, yes i would recommend them.
