β β β β β Mijn moeder is op een zeer onbeschofte wijze de deur gewezen, toen ze terecht aangaf dat hun stagiaire haar haar niet goed deed en eigenwijs doorging met haar eigen ding. De manager greep niet in, maar zei tegen mijn moeder: βAls het u niet bevalt, dan mag u nu vertrekken.β Gezien mijn moeder direct daarna naar een feest moest, heeft ze door tijdgebrek thuis zelf snel haar haar gedaan. Totaal geen klantvriendelijkheid tegen een vaste klant die al jaren daar komt!!
My mother was very rudely kicked out when she rightly stated that their intern was not doing her any good and stubbornly continued with her own thing. The manager did not intervene, but said to my mother, "If you don't like it, you can leave now." Since my mother had to go to a party immediately afterwards, she quickly did her hair at home due to time constraints. No customer friendliness at all against a regular customer who has been coming there for years !!

β β β β β Bij vraag om kuif langer te laten toch veel te kort geknipt. En dat meerdere keren meegemaakt. Niet tevreden met resultaat.
When asked to leave the crest longer, cut far too short. And that happened several times. Not satisfied with result.

β β β β β Extremely unprofessional service and attitude. The result of their butcher's work is gonna cost quite a lot of money and time to grow my hair back to decent.
First cut was horrendous, second time, when they tried to fix their "masterpiece" the next day, they couldn't even cut my hair even length on both side making it even worse (left is 1,5cm longer than right - overall length around the ears). Upon demand of compensation all they did was offering to mess with my hair some more. Watch out, people. Luckily, hair is not teeth and will grow, but who wants to pay to look ugly?!
