Got to know the house in detail (even went to the City to get more information) so she could tell the people visiting all about it. I particularly liked the easy and constant feedback loops. All in all, very personal and professional at the same time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was emailing back and forth with Leonie Rump about erfpacht (ground lease payable by apartment owners to Amsterdam municipality), and she called me (without me being a client of hers) and explained in very simple and plain language how the rather complex erfpacht system works. She even works as an instructor teaching the ins and outs of erfpacht to other brokers in the Amsterdam market. Highly recommended broker!
