If you want your nails and fingers butchered, go to this place, litteraly the worst acrylic/solar nails ever. Huge bumps, scratches, small wounds, painful, superthick and crooked fake looking nails and glue everywhere. No cuticle cream afterwards either.. A children's DIY nail kit from the toy store probably would have looked better.. Horrible.

I wish giving negative stars was possible. The most horrible customer service that i have ever experienced. The main lady that works there is a maniac! Firstly she dint pay attention to what type nail i wanted. After seeing unsatisfactory result, I told her that I will pay for it to be changed as this is for my own wedding. This lady (i guess partly because her english and Dutch are not that good) started to fight with me. Any how after few mintues, she agreed to change it..but she remained angry and almost burnt my nails while taking the thing of. Then I made a huge mistake of asking her for some water to drink. She said there was no water. I told her that I was really thirsty and would go out to get water. All of a sudden, she said she has water. At this response I laughed. but she got offended and again started to scream at me. Another old lady customer interrupted her and at that point i decided to leave with half done nails. Her response: "dont ever dare to come here again"....WOW i mean WOW!!

Went in, got help directly, so that was good. But the girl that did my nails seemed very tired. Result of nails shape was pretty uneven. Color was also uneven. Thought she made them to thick. Wasn't looking for anything magic so it worked for me this time. But I wouldn't trust them to do something special. Pretty cheap, not sure how long they will last tho.

Never had such a bad experience. When the clerk grafted the eyelashes, the glue was dripped on my eyelids. In order to remove the glue, she used a clip to tear it for a long time. The entire right eyelid is swollen. In the end, I still remove the glue by myself and I will never visit it again！

If a friendly and courteous service is important to you, I'd suggest avoiding this place at all costs. My first experience a few months back was 'average' service with a reasonable pedicure, and so I opted to return for a manicure last week. This was a mistake. Possibly one of the worst beauty care experiences I've had in some time; actively rude staff and a below average manicure. I won't be returning. The one star is a stretch.

When I got there they were able to start my pedicure right away and I was very satisfied with it, only thing was they put gel on when I asked for regular polish but I was okay and actually very happy with how my toes turned out. The same lady started my fingers and when a rush of people came it an old lady working there (seemed like the owner) made her start someone else’s pedicure and she continued my nails after making me wait for her to finish someone else’s. I would’ve been fine with this except she did a terrible job. She worked very fast and hurt my fingers A LOT and I let her know. After a while I told her she was hurting me too much and I would like the other lady to continue my nails even if I had to wait, she just said “yes I will be finished soon” grabbed my hand and continued.... she continued to grind away at my cuticles and other parts of my skin... still rushing and not making sure she was doing a good job. She was shouting talking to other workers the whole time and I wouldn’t have minded if her breath didn’t smell like she ate onions for breakfast. I also had to ask her many times to make sure my nails were straight, she painted ALL of my nail, and to get the polish to the edges without making it look jagged. I got acrylics and she didn’t ask for me to wash my hands so she just put gel over all that powder/dust?..... my nails have a bunch of bubbles and lumps and it made my only experience getting my nails done in Amsterdam absolutely disgraceful. I would give 0 stars for the old lady that made me mess of my fingers, but 10 stars to the very very nice lady who did my toes and started my fingers.

I went to the Ann Frank Museum and discovered that they would not let me in with a small piece of luggage. As I was early I decided to go to this GREAT nail joint to have my nails done. During my visit there I got chatting with Kim in Vietnamese and I asked her whether she'd mind keeping my luggage and lucky me she said YES! So the outcome was that I got a great manicure and pedicure, my nails were perfect AND she looked after my luggage. What an amazing place and amazing lady! Cam on em!

The lady co-owner is such a lovely person and does a really good job! Im always happy with the results of my nails. Great hard working team, max waiting time is about 5 minutes, and within a half an hour you have your nails all fresh.
