Good memories of Maikid's nursery. Cozy and homely atmosphere and nice to see that old well-known leaders are still working!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik heb alleen maar positieve punten over deze opvang. De leidsters zijn erg lief, professioneel en je ziet echt dat ze plezier hebben in het werk. Mijn kinderen gaan er met veel plezier naar toe en leren elke dag wat bij, dat maakt het een stuk makkelijker voor mama ? Ze komen elke dag weer schoon en uitgerust thuis. Alleen maar lof voor deze opvang!
I only have positive points about this reception. The leaders are very sweet, professional and you really see that they enjoy their work. My children go there with pleasure and learn something every day, which makes it a lot easier for mom ? They come home clean and rested every day. Only praise for this shelter!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely rude staff, specially the administration, Ilona is unprofessional and has no knowledge about customer service at all!!! they forgot our kids more than two times at school and the school called as after one hour asking why nobody picked them up, when I called the BSO to ask why they told me that the person in charge though that her colleague picked them up and the later thought that the other colleague picked them up! no communication between them, I took my kids immediately out of this BSO as I cannot trust them anymore!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to share my experience with this BSO. Both my kids were registered there for about 8 months, in less than 6 months they forgot to pick up my kids from school THREE times, the third time was last week, when I was angry and called them seeking explanation, they didn't like it and were very rude and aggressive even though it was their mistake and they confirmed it! The Administration person Ilona is unprofessional and unfriendly, I haven't seen in my whole life such a person even if I was talking to a robot I would have received a better and more human answer than from her! she literally told me we cannot offer any extra days for your children as I requested that before the last accident and her reason was that more days means more mistakes from our side and every time we make a mistake you search for a compensation and we are not willing to offer anything.
Moreover, they are not engaged with the children and every time I go to pick up my kids I see the kids playing and the staff having their own conversation and they don't even pay attention or know what is going on with the kids.
