★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not Cinepolis, but comfortable enough. Good seats, although I found the double ones too expensive for being almost the same than the normal ones. Trays for the popcorn would improve the comfort. I was gonna give 4 stars, but I didn't like having a break in the middle of the movie... it felt like the 90s

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even though I would prefer going to that specific cinema because there is a break during the movie and that's very practical for many reasons (like when Mother Nature calls), their shop prices are ridiculous. Just a bottle of water is more than 3 euros. It is one of the reasons we even cut down our cinema nights from 1-2 times per month (when it was still Wolff) to 1 time per 4-5 months. You can no longer go regularly, not with these prices. You do not pay the value of the product, you pay ..air. And the staff at the ticket counter has been replaced by ticket printing machines, so I still dunno why the prices doubled.
And the owner's response below, just made me reduce to 1 star. :)
You might find your response smart, but you are addressing a paying customer. I have every right to state whether I consider you expensive or not. And no, your prices are higher than Pathe and other local cinemas. As for the responder's personal attitude? Fortunately it does not represent the majority of your staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly a very good cinema, only downside is that it is a bit pricey. But if there's a movie you've been looking forward to for a while this is the best place to experience it in Groningen

Best of all, an intermission so you can go to the bathroom without missing part of the film.
