Tielenco was founded in 2006 and has grown into a highly experienced consultancy firm that focuses on strategy, leadership and team development and to create success for its own people and your employees!

Aart Tieleman started his company as an entrepreneur in the Northern part of the Netherlands enthusiastic and driven to provide quality services across a wide range of business process areas, such as information technology, risk management, logistics, ERP systems, HR.

Aart started his career at the Ministry of Justice as a manager for data and voice connections in the Friesian county. Later he worked as a manager for CMG (today known as CGI) and ING Netherlands.

After studying digital technology and data communication, computer science, he attended to  semesters at the University of Groningen, Strategic Management, Change Management and Strategic Marketing.

During 2005-2009 he founded Lucem Incendo with a business partner. This company grew on an international level. Business experts and IT experts worked in the Netherlands and there was a close collaboration with 26 employees in Tokyo, Japan.

At the beginning of 2010 he started as a project manager at Koninklijke AVEBE with the implementation of ITIL processes. In addition to support for management, he fulfilled a bridging function between IT and the businesses, but also between the various European offices in the Netherlands and in Sweden, Malmö, and in Germany, Dallmin and Meerbusch.

One of the most important results was the realization of a completely new logistics system for the potato supply. In the field, cranes were fitted with a tablet and card readers and trucks got  the latest technology smart cards. His optimization advice for transporters even led to the installation of a new weighbridge in the supply route on the factory site in Ter Apelkanaal. Ultimately, costs were saved and all stakeholders achieved a profit. A mega project that was realized within time and budget!
