Aside from being very quick and punctual, he also took the time to answer all my queries with clear concise answers (and believe me I had a lot of questions). Not to mention his friendly personality which also reflects the types of landlords and property managers he works with. So therefore you know you are in good hands. This kind of service is hard to come by in the Amsterdam housing market. Because there is such a high demand for property, most agents have a take it or leave it attitude.
