★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am an expat and had a bad experience with the other estate agency before. Therefore, it was eye-opening experience to find a wonderful flat at Koops. Matthijs listened to all my concerns and enquires throughout all the process and gave me solutions as quick as possible. At the stage of contract, one major issue came up with the owner. He stood on my side, which was fair, and negotiated hard with the owner. There were several candidates and it must have been easier for him to decline me and go to the next candidate but he did not do that. If you are an expat and new to the city, I highly recommend him and Koops. They are hard negotiaters, fair and stand on your side. You do not need to feel overwhelmed or lost in flat search any more.

When the previous tenants left the apartment in a complete state of disarray, Edwin organised proper cleaning and and got the apartment into the original state in time for us to move in.
