Mijn advies laat je niet verleiden door de mooie babbels, want de installatie en service daarna laat veel te wensen over! Marco can sell well, but as soon as something needs to be resolved, he is not home, you will not be called back, commitments are not honored, there is no system for resolving guarantees. My advice is not to be seduced by the nice chat, because the installation and service thereafter leaves a lot to be desired!

Ook bij Kitchen Concepts blijken de vervelende en hardnekkige problemen van de keukenbrache van toepassing. Blijkbaar gaat het zelden in 1 keer goed. Enkele items: - Ander blad geleverd dan oorspronkelijk besteld, alternatief was echter ook acceptabel waardoor we in ieder geval onze keuken konden gaan gebruiken; - Nalevering van houten gedeelte keukenblad; - Panelen / plinten geleverd in hoogglans ipv mat; - Te klein geleverde vormwanden; - Verkeerd geleverd stopcontact (Aziatische aansluiting); Kitchen Concepts heeft beperkte controle op het leveringsproces/hun leveranciers en zodoende ook het tijdig kunnen opvolgen van restpunten (ontzorgen van de klant). After 5 months, our beautiful fine kitchen is finally ready. The annoying and persistent problems of the kitchen shelf also apply to Kitchen Concepts. Apparently it seldom goes well in one go. Some items: - Delivered a different tray than originally ordered, but an alternative was also acceptable so that we could at least use our kitchen; - Subsequent delivery of the wooden part of the kitchen worktop; - Panels / skirting boards supplied in high-gloss instead of matt; - Form walls delivered too small; - Incorrectly supplied socket (Asian connection); Kitchen Concepts has limited control over the delivery process / their suppliers and therefore also the timely follow-up of remaining points (unburdening the customer).

Eind november is onze keuken geplaatst en we wachten nu nog op (specifieke) snoertjes om de verlichting in de plank boven het aanrecht aan te sluiten. Hierdoor kan de achterwand van de keuken niet geplaatst worden en kijken we tegen een kale muur aan. Ook wachten we nog steeds op het push-open systeem voor de pannenlades. Als we contact proberen te hebben met Kitchen Concepts worden er ontwijkende antwoorden gegeven. De communicatie moet echt verbeteren bij dit bedrijf. Wel heel toevallig overigens dat beide beoordelaars die dit bedrijf 5 sterren geven dezelfde achternaam hebben als de eigenaar. We have a beautiful kitchen, that's for sure. Our kitchen was installed at the end of November and we are still waiting for (specific) cables to connect the lighting in the shelf above the counter. As a result, the back wall of the kitchen cannot be placed and we are looking at a bare wall. We are also still waiting for the push-open system for the tile drawers. When we try to contact Kitchen Concepts evasive answers are given. Communication really needs to improve at this company. Very coincidentally, by the way, that both reviewers who give this company 5 stars have the same last name as the owner.

Keuken uitgezocht in de showroom: tot 3x de verkeerde kleur kasten!!! Op een moment dat je gaat verhuizen. Uiteindelijk noodgedwongen voor een andere kleur gekozen omdat hij de juiste kleur niet kon leveren. Wat ik al eerder lees: vlotte babbel, maar dan houdt op. Kritiek accepteert hij niet, wordt daar wordt hij heel onaardig van. wirdt hij heeee Very bad experience with this company.
