Fantastische service en goede producten en brede keuze uit verschillende merken vuurwerk. A pack of firecrackers was not usable. I sent an email and received a response within one day with the option to refund the amount. Fantastic service and good products and a wide selection of different brands of fireworks.

Ook de in de web winkel is het lekker shoppen, goede overzichtelijke website met mooie foto's. Met de jaarwisseling hebben we elk jaar weer veel complimenten over het mooie vuurwerk, ik kijk er nu al weer naar uit. You can buy fireworks at klarenbeek, what an assortment. RedWire cakes en Shell/Bomba rockets zijn waar voor je geld, hoop alleen dat Klarenbeek ooit meedoet met Freak Acties, bij andere winkels buiten Amsterdam kan je het veel goedkoper inslaan bijvoorbeeld Almere Haven. Good range, but pricey but good quality brands. RedWire cakes and Shell / Bomba rockets are good value for money, just hope that Klarenbeek will ever participate in Freak Actions, at other stores outside of Amsterdam you can take it much cheaper, for example Almere Haven.

Altijd eerst samen thuis oriënteren en daarna ga ik ieder jaar standaard met mijn zoons naar de winkel van Klarenbeek om het vuurwerk op te halen. Razend druk maar ook berengezellig. Hoort eigenlijk gewoon bij Oud en Nieuw! Nice and complete range! Always first orientate together at home and then every year I go as standard with my sons to the store of Klarenbeek to collect the fireworks. Extremely busy but also very cozy. De volgende dag in de auto erheen om het op te halen, een uur buiten in de kou gestaan om eindelijk binnen te horen te krijgen dat het product is uitverkocht. Hoezo? Ik heb het gisteren al gekocht. Na enige uitleg wordt duidelijk dat deze winkel alle producten uit de catalogus blijft verkopen, of ze nou nog voorradig zijn of ziet. Eenmaal aangekomen wil de gedupeerde klant zijn beteuterde kinderen uiteraard niet teleurstellen, dus probeert men hem in de winkel van alles en nog wat aan te smeren van mindere kwaliteit. Daar trappen we dus niet in, winkeltje. Geld terug geëist, waarop het personeel een fout maakt en per abuis €53 te veel teruggeeft. Een schadevergoedinkje zullen we dat dan maar noemen, maar in feite dekt het de verspilde tijd niet eens. Nooit meer zal ik inkopen bij deze winkel. En ziehier de leugenachtige reactie van de winkel. Ze verkopen niet opzettelijk uitverkochte producten, beweert men. Maar terwijl ik daar ter plekke in de winkel te horen kreeg dat het product van mijn bestelling uitverkocht was, heb ik met mijn smartphone de site van de winkel nogmaals geraadpleegd, en wat blijkt? Het desbetreffende product stond zelfs toen nog gewoon te koop aangeboden. Naast mij stond nog zo'n klant met een factuur waarop minimaal één product al uitverkocht was. Dat is wel erg toevallig, hè? Dat jullie het druk hebben in de winkel getuigt alleen maar van de onbegrensde enthousiasme van de Nederlander voor zijn vuurwerk en het geringe aantal verkooppunten in de buurt. Dat jullie deze omstandigheden maximaal weten te exploiteren zegt helaas helemaal niets over de kwaliteit van de service waarmee dit gepaard gaat. Dus zeg ik dat dan wel. Worthless.
