★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gisteren voor de eerste keer naar Klaas Jan geweest. Hij maakte gelijk een heel sympathieke indruk. Hij checkte gelijk op professionele wijze mijn racefiets. Hij nam alle tijd en vertelde ook heel open over zijn achtergrond. Hij vertelde ook gelijk wat de kosten ongeveer zouden zijn. Dezelfde middag kon ik naar volle tevredenheid mijn fiets alweer ophalen.
Hij heeft er een heel tevreden klant bij!
 Went to Klaas Jan for the first time yesterday. He immediately made a very sympathetic impression. He immediately checked my racing bike in a professional manner. He took all the time and spoke very openly about his background. He also immediately told us what the costs would be. The same afternoon I was able to pick up my bike again to my full satisfaction.
He has a very satisfied customer!

He made himself soo accessible for his customers and this is a huge advantage compared to other regular bikeshops. Now the bike looks great, rides smoothly and feels like it's got an extra horse power. I highly recommend Klipcave, and will be back next time!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My tire was slashed, because of some glass bottle. I called and could come right away. Next to a new inner and outer tire, he asked when the last maintenance was, checked and tweaked some stuff and replaced the worn through breaking blocks. The price is more than fair, (especially because my tire wouldn't lift) and it was done within an hour. 12/10 reccomendation
