Zijn warm-up is anders dan je gewend bent maar daardoor wordt je goed voorbereid op de tijd die je in de lucht doorbrengt. Zeker een aanrader, ook voor beginners zonder enige ervaring in welke sport dan ook!
I follow the Aerial Dance classes at Knotdance. Maddy is a great teacher with a lot of knowledge of teaching at all levels. His warm-up is different from what you are used to, but that means you are well prepared for the time you spend in the air. Definitely recommended, even for beginners without any experience in any sport!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dance classes at Knotdance are so much fun! The atmosphere is so welcoming and Maddy is always so creative with his choreos. It doesn't matter if you're a beginner or a pro, there's always something new to discover at his classes. The space feels very comfortable and safe, especially now with covid restrictions, with plenty of space to dance around. The aerial classes are also quite unique, since the space allows for a lot more movement and the tall ceiling gives you the real feeling of suspension!
