Ik heb mijn schoenen meermaals hierheen gebracht voor zaken als het erop laten zetten van nieuwe hakken, zolen vastlijmen en zelfs het repareren van compleet afgebroken hakken. Elke keer weer ben ik verrast over hoe vakkundig de schoenen gemaakt worden en dus blijf ik hier terug komen. Het personeel slaagt er altijd in om aan mijn wensen te voldoen. Er wordt duidelijk gecommuniceerd over wanneer je schoenen klaar zijn (ook als er vertraging is), de eigenaar is nooit te beroerd om een gezellig praatje te maken en je word vriendelijk geadviseerd over de mogelijkheden en eventuele complicaties die kunnen optreden bij reparaties van de schoen. Je krijgt hier waar voor je geld! Ik raad deze schoenmaker daarom dus ook zeker aan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service. I left a pair of boots for a week for them to be stretched. They forgot. Then instead of offering right away to do it, the woman starts asking "do you really need them stretched?" like trying to talk me out of the service so they don't have to do it. And then got like really rude direct when I was shocked and said of course I want to do it - why else would I come here. It's mind boggling. The logic of their customer service does not make any sense to me. And never was there an offer to waive the cost for inconvenience. There are plenty of good cobblers in Amsterdam even in that area - avoid this place.
