F	Frank van der Zee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vervelende ervaring gehad: Ik kocht een pan, vroeg specifiek of er geen teflon in zit. "Nee hoor, zeker niet". Thuis nagezocht op internet. De coating Greblon C3 bevat PTFE! Erover gebeld en kreeg te verstaan dat ik de pan kon terugbrengen maar geen geld terugkrijg, alleen tegoed in de winkel. Ongehoord. "Ja, het staat op de bon" - inderdaad, maar wie gaat er nu vanuit om (1) onjuist ingelicht te worden en (2) te maken te hebben met een winkel die het geld niet netjes teruggeeft? Uiteindelijk (mede door een eerdere, uitgesprokener, versie van deze review) heeft het hoofdkantoor ervoor gezorgd dat mijn probleem wél netjes is opgelost: men gaf mij gelijk en excuses; ik kon mijn geld toch terugkrijgen of kiezen, zonder bijbetaling, voor een iets duurdere RVS-pan. Laten we hopen dat het iets eenmaligs was, en dat andere klanten een vergelijkbare ervaring bespaard blijft. Wees echter gewaarschuwd voor het geen-geld-terugbeleid! Had a bad experience: I bought a pan, specifically asked if there is no Teflon in it. "No, certainly not". Searched at home on the internet. The Greblon C3 coating contains PTFE! Called about it and was told I could return the pan but no refund, only store credit. Unheard of. "Yes, it's on the receipt" - yes, but who's going to assume (1) to be misinformed and (2) to deal with a store that doesn't return the money properly? Ultimately (partly due to an earlier, more pronounced, version of this review) the head office ensured that my problem was solved properly: they agreed with me and apologize; I could still get my money back or choose, without additional payment, for a slightly more expensive stainless steel pan. Let's hope it was a one-off and that other customers are spared a similar experience. Be warned about the no money back policy, though!

You only really get to know a store when something goes wrong. My pan had a small defect. That was picked up right away: I got a new one. Top.
G	Giel Geldof on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Als je een nieuwe pan nodig hebt wil je die het liefst bekijken en in je handen houden. Dat kan bij KookComfort en dus togen wij naar Delft. Een overzichtelijke winkel met kook- en eetgerei van kwalitatief goede merken. Er werd goed meegedacht en geadviseerd door het deskundige personeel. Thuisbezorging van de gekochte artikelen is kosteloos en gebeurt door DPD. Er zijn meerdere filialen van KookComfort in Nederland. Kijk maar eens op de website. If you need a new pan, you want to look at it and hold it in your hands. That is possible at KookComfort and so we went to Delft. A well-arranged store with cooking and eating utensils of good quality brands. It was well thought out and advised by the expert staff. Home delivery of the purchased items is free of charge and is done by DPD. There are several branches of KookComfort in the Netherlands. Just take a look at the website.

J	João Pimentel Ferreira on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I feel myself robbed. The products are not that good, and the ones which are good, you find in the shop Action, exactly the same, by 1/3 of the price. The only single advantage of this shop, is the fact that it is located in the city centre, but that does not justify the huge gap in the prices. Really, you find many of those products in Action, and I mean exactly the same products (same model and same brand) by 1/3 of the price, and I really mean it.
B	BeardedArmyVet on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Store looks inviting from the outside and looks good inside, thats the only positive thing I can say about this store. We were looking for presents for a friend of ours and made some pictures of products that were shown in the store. The owner came to us and told us not to take pictures since the products had some sort of copyright on them which we find quiet weird since the product boxes were showing Youtube and other social media channels as a ‘how to find us’ example. After a small talk with her we walked out. Wont recommend this store, very customer unfriendly.
