Staff is friendly and this is one of my favorite shops for cooking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a kettle which was supposed to be delivered next day, but they asked me to wait one week for that. Then after one week, they send me a wrong item and when i called them to sort this out, they asked me to wait 10 days for the delivery of the correct item!
Friendly people but poor service

I received both shipments by the next day, and the product was new-in-box and perfect. I paid less than the pans sell for anywhere else. I feel like I got an amazing deal. The website is easy to use, and their service is excellent.
