Over de afhandeling op kantoor en de nazorg van Wim met o.a. de snelle beantwoording van een aantal aanvullende vragen ben ik ook zeer enthousiast. Daarom 5 sterren voor Wim en zijn team!
We recently had our house appraised by Wim Korff de Gidts. I found his approach pleasant and professional. I am also very enthusiastic about the handling at the office and the aftercare of Wim with, among other things, the quick answer to a number of additional questions. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Een stuk minder persoonlijke aandacht dan verwacht. Na ons akkoord van de opdracht is er vooral zakelijke communicatie geweest met Vivianne en leek er enige tegenzin te zijn. Ik vond de foto's zelf niet zo bijzonder en de tekst voor op Funda bevatte dezelfde fouten van toen we het huis kochten. De tekst was dus gewoon gekopieerd.
Alles is op zich oke uitgevoerd en ons huis is mooi verkocht. Maar in deze markt is dat ook niet echt een uitdaging.
A lot less personal attention than expected. After our agreement of the assignment, there was mainly business communication with Vivianne and there seemed to be some reluctance. I didn't think the photos themselves were that special and the text for Funda contained the same mistakes from when we bought the house. So the text was simply copied.
Everything went well in itself and our house sold nicely. But in this market that is not really a challenge either.
