★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe bereits 2x über den Online - Shop bestellt. Bei einem Bestellvorgang gab es ein technisches Problem. Die Klärung erfolgte telefonisch; prompt und unkompliziert. Man war sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und Lösungsorientiert. Die Ware war 1A und kam sicher verpackt bei mir an.
Die teilweise recht negativen Rezensionen kann ich nicht ganz nachvollziehen. Ich kenne keinen Inhaber, der sich persönlich beim Kunden für die schnelle Überweisung bedankt, wie das hier der Fall war. Ein bißchen weniger "Mimimi"-Mentalität würde ich mir wünschen und das Leute auch mal ihr eigenes Auftreten bzw. Verhalten hinterfragen.
In diesem Sinne... Besten Dank und viele Grüße aus Köln!
I have already ordered twice from the online shop. There was a technical problem during an order process. The clarification took place over the phone; prompt and straightforward. They were very friendly, courteous and solution-oriented. The goods were 1A and arrived safely packed.
I can't quite understand the sometimes quite negative reviews. I don't know any owner who personally thanks the customer for the quick transfer, as was the case here. I would like to see a little less "Mimimi" mentality and that people question their own demeanor and behavior.

Hij heeft ons zonder opdringerig te zijn een mooie pannenset verkocht en uitgelegd hoe we ermee om moeten gaan.
Ook een nieuwe boodschappentrolley,
Fijn hoog en uit en inklapbaar, heerlijk.
We zijn goed geslaagd!!!!
What a beautiful shop....and an assortment ? that is only possible in Germany....the man who helped us was very patient and competent...
He sold us a nice pan set without being intrusive and explained how to use them.
Also a new shopping trolley,
Nicely high and out and collapsible, delicious.
We passed well!!!!

Es war immer zerbrechliche Ware enthalten und ich bin mir sicher, auch wenn man mit dem Paket Fußball gespielt hätte, auch dann wäre nichts zu Bruch gegangen! Wenn man auch aus der Ferne lokale Geschäfte unterstützen will, hier kann man es tun!
