I have a subscription with KPN which I'll probably soon get rid of.
The network is good but the overall service of KPN is bad.
I have an issue with my phone and it's insurance.
Tried to resolve it through phone; no real help.
Tried to resolve it through the forum; standard answers (and standard empathie, but no solution).
Last chance was the store and after a word with HQ nothing could be done.
!The shop does try but if has the look and feel that KPN itself just leaves the shop hanging. Not quite their fault.
Hence the low rating; the shop personal really tried but KPN just leaves them hanging and their possibilities, aside from standard sales, seem frightfully limited.
