I just popped in to cancel my contract but unfortunately I couldn't do it there but staff was really helpful providing all the information needed to cancel. Very happy with the customer service

Unfortunately, this shop seems bent on selling subscriptions and not on providing service. I readily understand that KPN doesn't offer their employees the oppertunity to really help a customer in need. When I really wanted a Note 3, two years ago, another shop was called and arrangements where made... So if you are a new customer, this is the place to go. There staff here is friendly...

Worst experience with KPN Ordered a box for internet, when we installed it it was not working Had to wait an entire week before we have an appointment to fix it and the mechanic NEVER SHOWED UP. Had to wait before having someone on the phone saying they actually CANCELLED the appointment (really? Why?) and now we have to wait an entire week AGAIN before having someone coming to fix it. That’s what we call ZERO customer service. I would never advise someone to go for KPN. Especially in these covid times where we have to work a lot from home. Read in some forum online that I am far from being the only one in the situation.

Came to the store just to browse around. Sales employee convinced me to get a second sim card and sweetened the deal with a 'hussel' discount. On the contract the monthly fee says €13,50 but KPN charges €16. I've called customer service 9 times, I tried to solve it over the chat 3 times and I went back to the store twice now. KPN employees confirm the discount was (wrongly) applied and that the contract is valid. Sadly, they refuse to charge the correct amount or even cancel the second contract. 3 months later the issue is still not resolved and KPN has now disconnected both my numbers. KPN is just as criminal as their daughter affiliates like Lebara. Avoid at all cost. On a personal note, up yours KPN.
