Do not order your phone through T-Mobile. I ordered my iPhone 8 through their website, and received a confirmation email (two in fact), saying T-mobile would text me when I could collect my order from the shop. On the day I ordered it, staff in this T-mobile shop had assured me I would definitely receive my phone on 22 Sep if I ordered online that day. On 22 Sep I waited ages in the shop to find out if my phone was there, only to discover that my name was not on the list for that day. Staff said it wasn't for sure that the phone would arrive on 22 Sep (sorry that I had been misinformed), but it might take 1-2 weeks more. Today I went into the shop again and waited 45min to be told my order had never gone through. The manager of the shop couldn't care less. I asked him to call Customer Care on my behalf and he first of all refused. Finally he said that if I really wanted his help I had to wait for him to go on his lunch break first.

Unprofessional and unmotivated staff I visited the T-Mobile store at Kinkerstraat. I was "helped"by Mustafa and one of his male colleague. Both were unprofessional, unmotivated and not willing to advice. What a bad image reflected for T-Mobile!

Please note that is review does not reflect on T-mobile's physical store, but on the INSTALLATION SERVICE and the company that they work with, Guidion, whose agent claimed I cancelled an appointment, which is not true, and said I was lying (which is really rude considering it is not true at all). I registered with T-Mobile which uses this company for home wifi installation. Our agreed upon date was July 29th, but on the 27th, I received a call from Guidion that since the installation person is sick, he cannot be here on the 29th, and offered us August 5th instead (which is a delay of a whole week). I cannot accept that since everyone in our house is working from home due to Corona, and we cannot work without internet for an entire week. I said sorry that's not acceptable, but they said there is not much they can do except to connect me to T-Mobile (please note that I agreed to connect to T-mobile, but did NOT AGREE to CANCELLING the appointment altogether). So they connected me to T-mobile, who assured me that the installation will still take place on the 29th since it said so in their system. On the 29th, the installation was supposed to happen between 12:00 and 14:00, but no one showed up, and Guidion called at 15:34, again saying the installation person is sick. I explained that T-Mobile's service agent said the appointment was not affect 2 days ago, and they connected me to T-Mobile as before. Again, I did NOT AGREE to CANCELLING the appointment, but to talk to someone at T-Mobile. Really in need of wifi service for work, we took T-Mobile's advice and installed the wifi ourselves with the help of a friend. However, we are not experts and lack some equipment; the wifi does work, but the modem is outside of the apartment (we need help to install the modem inside with a powerline extender), and therefore very slow. We contacted T-Mobile to help us, and they connected us to Guidion, whose agent offered us an confirmation email to arrive next week (which might mean that the actual appointment date might be a lot later than that). This is really not acceptable to us, since it was the guy not coming to our appointment, and we never consented to the appointment being cancelled. I explained we need an earlier date since the appointment is cancelled on our end, but on Guidion's. The service agent insisted we cancelled it, and called me LYING (which is really harsh personally, and I am really not that kind of person). She then said she'll hung up and she did, not even giving us a chance to explain further. Calling someone lying when it is not true is very harsh and impolite. Check the voice records, I NEVER CONSENTED to the appointment cancellation with T-Mobile or Guidion.

The girl who helped us was really good and professional. The service was good and I left the store with a brand new phone and contract where I always was a satisfied Vodafone customer. If everyone in this store is as helpfull and professional as her this must be the best phone store around. Unfortunately I did not get a coffee, however the 5 star rating is deserved!

Terrible customer service. I tried for a week to make an appointment to visit this shop, they never pick up their phone or answer their voicemail. I filled in the online form which said they would contact me within 24 hours – still haven't heard back. I called T-mobiel customer services, they were not able to make an appointment for me but did manage to contact the store and said they woud reach out to me asap – that was a week ago. Useless.

Back in 2018 my husband and I signed up for T-mobile- 6 months later we moved to a new address and requested T-mobile be set up at our new place. I kid you not... another 6 months goes by (multiple phone calls, emails, store visits etc) all to find out that it's not possible to install. We got so fed up with with the entire thing (also multiple site visits booked/ cancelled last second) that we requested to just cancel as the service was unable to be provided. They told us no- as we were in a yearly contract. Fine. Somehow though after our year contract was up we called again to have it cancelled and they informed us that it would be best if we kept the contract going or else we won't be able to receive any refund which we were requesting... I thought this was odd because before they said no to any refund but it sounded like we finally got a reasonable customer service person on the phone so we accepted. Called back multiple times asking where we were at with the refund and shutting down of the account... apparently it was not that simple. Ever since we have been charged STILL MONTHLY WITH NO REFUND. Our contract is now to "expire" once again in August but each month I have to watch our bank account and deny the automatic payments going out as I truly believe all this to be A SCAM AND HORRIBLE BUSINESS. I would never recommend someone to go with T-mobile; they have made getting internet a horribly painful, stressful awful experience.

The people working at this store were very helpful. I was able to quickly get a prepaid card and set it up for my month long stay here.
